July 19: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report of an older Hispanic, large belly, shirt- less, sweating profusely at Irrigon Justice Court on NE Third St, Irrigon. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port of a found bicycle at Sergio’s Mexican Restau- rant, E Hwy 730, Irrigon. -MCSO received a re- port on NE court St, Hep- pner that RP received a phone call last night at 23:30 making threats against per- son saying he will finish it. MCSO made contact, no crime at this time. -MCSO received a re- port at Oregon Trail RV Park on NE Washington Ave, Irrigon that there is a Ford pickup with Laredo fifth wheel that is parked illegally.
