Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port of a found bicycle at Sergio’s Mexican Restau- rant, E Hwy 730, Irrigon. -MCSO received a re- port on NE court St, Hep- pner that RP received a phone call last night at 23:30 making threats against per- son saying he will finish it.
