Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at Dow Ranch on Upper Rhea Creek Rd, Heppner that there was an individual in a car broke down. Driver advised they were driving from Board- man to Ukiah. James Dean Logsdon was arrested by MCSO. -MCSO received a re- port on E Rock St, Heppner that a fence is on fire and possible structures threat- ened. Responded, fire was put out. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Second St, Irrigon that neighbors have a black lab/pit bull mix that goes in and out of the yard. RP advised her friend came over this morning and was afraid to get out of her ve- hicle because of it. Ongoing issue. June 29: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on Crooked Rd, Irrigon that she re- ceived a missed call from someone she believes may be harassing her. RP wanted it documented in case of future issues. -MCSO received a re- port at Pioneer Memorial Clinic on NE Thompson Ave, Heppner that subject has human bite. Deputy made contact. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a Dodge Dakota screamed down the road towards Tenth. -MCSO received a report at Heppner Shell Station, Heppner that his wife’s nephew left 6/28 headed toward LaGrande through Ukiah and no one has heard from him since. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port that her son had been locked in a shed and was knocked out in Pasco. Ad- vised her to contact Pasco. -MCSO received a report on Summit Ln, Boardman that gentleman received text messages ad- vising the male was beat up and locked up in the shed. Deputy made contact, didn’t want to pursue any- thing at this time.
