Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 730, Irrigon that a white Ford pickup with a silver tool box that is just entering Irrigon is swerving all over the road. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 207 Echo, Lexington that a white Ford F-250 extended cab is swerving all over the road. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a report at Heppner Grade School on NE Stansbury St, Heppner that RP saw a sub- ject in a vehicle driving out from the back parking lot of the elementary school. -MCSO received a re- port at Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon of a suspicious ve- hicle. Warned for trespass- ing and curfew. May 20: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on Locust Rd, Irrigon that RP was on a run and when he came back there is driver side damage. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Division St, Irri- gon that there are two males fighting. Deputy responded and everyone had left. -MCSO received a re- port at Hwy 74/Fuller Cyn Ln, Heppner that a vehicle hit a deer. Unknown dam- age to vehicle. -MCSO received a re- port on Linden Way, Hep- pner that three boys are throwing rocks behind the swimming pool by the bas- ketball courts. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a red Honda went flying through the area at 40-50 mph. Believes he is delivering drugs because he goes down different roads every time. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a tractor trailer is in and out of the lane. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Columbia Ln, Ir- rigon of a fire outside the house, propane tank is leak- ing, no one in the area. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Washington Ave, Irrigon that there are two subjects on a red four wheeler on Corp property. -MCSO received a re- port on Linden Way, Hep- pner that RP just put new registration stickers on his vehicle and someone cut the plate and the year sticker off with some snippers. -MCSO received a re- port at I 84 W of two motor homes and trailers at the location. Subjects were able to contact Commercial Tire and have help coming. -MCSO received a re- port at Willow Run Golf Course on Toms Camp Rd, Boardman that there is a very large tree that appears about to fall. RP advised it will likely take out power lines and block the road. MC road dept was advised. -MCSO received a re- port at Hwy 207 Echo, Lexington of disabled ve- hicle. Flat tire, subjects changing it. -MCSO received a report at SE Kristen Dr/ SE Division St, Irrigon that RP was walking their dog and a pit bull chased them. Advised the dog has attacked people before. Deputy made contact with dog owner and warned her for dog at large. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Fifth St/SE Idaho Ave, Irrigon that there is a female at the mini mart who is on probation and may be on drugs. Deputy responded and the RP was the intoxicated party, was given a courtesy ride. -MCSO received a re- port at NE Washington Ave/ NE Seventh St, Irrigon of subjects with flashlights who appear to be look- ing for something. Deputy advised the subjects were playing with what they thought was a rattlesnake. Deputy advised them it is not a rattlesnake, but they shouldn’t be playing with it if it was. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 207 Spray, Heppner that her sister was supposed to come to Hermiston today but never showed. They have not had contact with her. Iphone finder said her phone was at the mall in Tri-Cities around 3 p.m. May 23: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report that RP was trying to locate his mom, just wanted to make sure there were no calls showing she had been in an accident or something. RP was advised there had been no contact with female. -MCSO received a re- port at Sub Zero Motel, S First St, Irrigon that Justin Ismael Garza was arrested on UCSO warrant. Lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port at Willow Creek Res- ervoir on Willow Creek Rd, Heppner that there is a deer hit that isn’t dead. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Shell Station on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that there is a dog with a collar on, is not aggressive and seems to obey commands well. Dog is no longer there. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Sky View Dr, Board- man that two gun shots were fired near her house. Complete, home owner was scaring chickens back into his residence. -MCSO received a re- port at Morrow County Fairgrounds on Hwy 74 Lena, Heppner that there is a fifth wheel parked down at the fairgrounds and would like a deputy to check out who it belongs to. RP will be doing the follow up. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman that a Volkswagen Passat was going between 60-100 mph. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at W Sperry St, Hep- pner that there is a vehicle speeding through the neigh- borhood. Both parties were talked to. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon High School on SE Wyoming Ave, Ir- rigon that her son’s vehicle was hit this morning. Ad- vised that female that hit the vehicle drove off and texted him. RP talked to mother of the other driver and she stated they would take care of it. RP just wanted it on record. -MCSO received a re- port at NE Quaid St, Hep- pner that Jon David Hanna was arrested by MCSO on UCSO warrant. Lodged at UCJ with $20,000 bail. -MCSO received a re- port at Fifteenth Rd/E Hwy 730, Irrigon that a purple Chevy S10 almost to AC Houghton passed all the DEADLINE FOR ALL NEWS AND ADVERTISING MONDAY 5:00 PM traffic in the turn lane at a very high speed. Complete, individual was talked to about their driving habits. -MCSO received a re- port on Elk Trail Ln, Hep- pner that her husband left to cut wood this morning and should have been back by now. Drives an old green GMC pickup. Complete, male showed back up at the residence. -MCSO received a re- port at Green Acres on Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that a couple nights ago someone tried to break into his pickup. Today he confronted them and they tried to hit him. -MCSO received a re- port on Brace Rd, Irrigon that subject was at his resi- dence and tried to run over him with his truck and took off. -MCSO received a re- port on Clarks Canyon Rd, Lexington that her two dogs have ran off. One male hound and one female German Shepherd, both friendly. -MCSO received a re- port at Pioneer Memorial Hospital on NE Pioneer Dr, Heppner that RP would like more water put on the fire up by helipad, still smol- dering and there is a lot of smoke. -MCSO received a re- port on California Ln, Ir- rigon that subject is taking a hatchet to her Blazer. May 25: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report of a suspi- cious vehicle at W Seventh Rd/Washington Ln, Irrigon. -MCSO received a report at Ione School on Spring St, Ione that an adult male is having a panic at- tack. MCSO gave the sub- ject a ride to GSH. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of a vehicle with flashers on. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 730, Irrigon of a driving complaint. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port at Loves Travel Stop on Tower Rd, Boardman of a minor MVA, no medical needed.
