April 6: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report at Bombing Range Rd/Hwy 730, Boardman that a guardrail is almost touching the fog line. Re- ferred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that the neighbor should not be owning dogs due to a court order. RP was yelling and using profane language. -MCSO received a re- port at Wilson Ln/Laurel Rd, Boardman that a black cow is wandering down the road. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that his neighbor went out to his house and harassed him in regards to him advising MCSO about his dogs. RP then called back, extremely agitated, advising his neighbors had threatened him. Both par- ties could be heard yelling at each other. Parties were advised to stay away from each other. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that there is a male laying off the side of the road. Male was given a ride and left the area. -MCSO received a re- port at Willow Creek Coun- try Club on Hwy 74, Hep- pner that she was advised of an injured deer by the golf course. The deer has two broken legs, but is still alive. Deputy responded and dispatched deer. ODOT was advised for removal. -MCSO received a report on Columbia Ln, Irrigon that RP is out of town and has reports there are people tearing up his home. Subject is there and he would like her out. Deputy responded, two dogs were caught by their owners, unable to lo- cate the other dogs. -MCSO received a re- port on Knapp Rd, Irrigon that she has a Chihuahua in her dog pen and would like a deputy to come pick it up. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Gale St, Hep- pner that a silver vehicle with WA plates pulled up to a building and exchanged money for a package, be- lieved to be a drug deal. April 7: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on SE Park Pl, Irrigon that RP got hit by girlfriend’s brother. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, Boardman of a pallet in the middle of the road. -MCSO received a re- port on Linden Way, Hep- pner that her ex-boyfriend’s friend is there helping him move out and she doesn’t want him there. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Washington Ave, Irrigon that two houses down the owners of the house are attempting to butcher a steer and are shooting at it. Unable to locate anyone shooting. -MCSO received a re- port on Pheasant Ln, Irrigon that he is having problems with his neighbors. They have been having a dispute regarding property line and ignoring the pins. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a black Dodge with a woman driver flew past Utah and turned on Tenth. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Stokes Landing on NW Opal Pl, Irrigon that there is loud music coming from the location that has lasted for the last hour. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a silver Chevy Impala is traveling at a high rate of speed. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Wilson Ln, Board- man that a male subject who was drunk killed his daugh- ter’s dog for defecating on the carpet. Advised the subject drives intoxicated. -MCSO received a re- port on Depot Ln, Irrigon that neighbors are shoot- ing their guns towards the road. RP asked them to stop shooting and they made a rude gesture and continued doing it. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Ione that there are cows out on the road near Kreb’s place. -MCSO received a re- port on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that his neighbor’s dog was out and killed his cat. Theresa Horner was issued citation for dog at large. -MCSO received a driving complaint on I 84 W, Boardman regarding a dark colored dually with WA plate. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Rippee Rd, Board- man that there are teenagers drinking and partying at this location. MCSO responded and made contact with the homeowner who advised no minors were drinking, only adults. -MCSO received a re- port at Hwy 207/Hwy 207 Morrow Co Bounds, Echo that a dog was abandoned by a white van. -MCSO received a re- port at Sub Zero Restaurant on E Hwy 730, Irrigon of a fight in progress. Deputies responded and separated the parties. -MCSO received a re- port on Wilson Ln, Board- man that a juvenile is on the phone saying come fight me. April 8: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report on I 84 W, Board- man that a vehicle is driving east in the westbound lane. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that a semi is stopped at the 169 still in the road with his flashers on. Referred to OSP. -MCSO received a re- port at Wilson Ln/Toms Camp Rd, Boardman that there are two cows out. They are not in the road, but are on the wrong side of the fence. Deputy responded. Cows were put back in pasture. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Gilmore St, Heppner that there is an open basement door to the yellow house north of the Nazarene church. Advised he has never noticed it before and the house is vacant. Nothing appeared disturbed, wind may have blown door open.
