This proposal was developed based on financial estimates and available student data. If funding sources change, the District will be flexible to modify expenditures to allow for balanced spending within the budget guidelines. Maintaining staffing to support optimal learning experiences for students remains our goal. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Lexington that a female driver passed him in a no passing zone. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Thirteenth St/ SE Idaho Ave, Irrigon that RP had previously talked to a deputy about a vehicle at her neighbor’s residence that seemed suspicious. Now it is on a trailer and it looks like they are about to haul it. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at Love’s Travel Sop and Country Store on Tower Rd, Boardman that vehicles are traveling at 100 mph plus. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Wyoming Ave, Irrigon that her neighbor’s dogs keep getting in her yard. Dog owner advised he will be constructing a new fence. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a female appears to be struggling to walk, advised he believes she fell near his house. -MCSO received a re- port on S Main St, Hep- pner that she just heard a child get screamed at and threatened. RP advised the mother used the F word and threatened to kill the boy. RP stated she did not recognize the vehicle but did get a license plate. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that a half ton black Dodge pickup with pin striping was traveling at a high rate of speed towards Division. -MCSO received a re- port at Shaw Grade R/Wil- low Creek Rd, Heppner that a vehicle broke down. Stated hat he is going to contact a tow company out of Hardman. -MCSO received a re- port at SW Second St/W Hwy 730, Irrigon that a couple is in a physical al- tercation. -MCSO received a re- port on Wilson Rd SW, Boardman that a 50 year old female inhaled a chlorine tablet. Transported. March 29: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on 2 nd St NE, Boardman that RP heard two loud shots. Un- able to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Threemile Camp- ground on Threemile Rd/ Ramp, Boardman that fie people are fighting and he sprayed the initiator with bear spray. -MCSO received a re- port on Linden Way, Hep- pner that a lab mix is miss- ing from their house. Owner called back, dogs located. -MCSO received a re- port at Hanna Arbuckle Rd/ Blake Ranch Rd, Heppner of a vehicle with no one in it, sleeping bags and gear in the vehicle. -MCSO received a re- port on Linden Way, Hep- pner of a reddish colored lab at his house that appears to be aggressive. Dog was dropped off with the RO and also advised that he will be fined if the dog escapes again. -MCSO received a re- port at Oasis RV Park on W Hwy 730, Irrigon of a sub- ject talking about suicide with a provider a few min- utes ago, hung up. Deputy made contact with subject. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Heppner that there was a rollover accident with one female. Transported. -MCSO received a re- port on Pleasant View Rd, Irrigon that there is a man standing in the window and the house should be vacant. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Division St/SE Kristen Dr, Irrigon that there is a white wire hair dog loose in the area and appears to be limping like it had been hit. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that she saw what appeared to be a small pony or cow on the sough side of the freeway next to the fence. RP is concerned the animal might be deceased. Re- ferred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Fuller Cyn Ln, Heppner that there is a deer with its head stuck and ap- pears sick. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Thirteenth Pl, Irrigon that neighbors are stealing electricity from a vacant residence. There is an extension cord going from the vacant residence to a camper. Power to resi- dence was shut off. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman of a possible impaired driver in a multi colored sedan with Utah plate. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Kunze on Wilson Ln, Boardman that a man is living in a bus near the old library. Deputy made contact, appears they are converting that bus into an RV, no activity at night. -MCSO received a re- port at Knights Inn/Village Restaurant on Fist St NW, Boardman of a fight. Justin Ismael Garza was arrested by MCSO on UCC LSA warrant. Lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a re- port of overdue motorists in Grant County, would like info if contacted subjects. Unable to locate. March 30: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on Anderson Rd, Boardman that there is an RV with people living in it parked in front of his resi- dence for the past 5 days. -MCSO received a re- port that someone dropped off a wallet that was located on Hwy 730. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that a self-contained U- Haul is going about 80-90 mph and unable to keep it in the lane. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on Hilltop Rd, Board- man that a number is calling them regarding an inves- tigation of a crime scene. Deputy made contact and advised female of her op- tions. -MCSO received a re- port that Bobby Gene Bur- gess was arrested by UCSO on MCCC warrant. Lodged at UCJ, no bail. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a white Toyota with black bumpers trav- eled at a high rate of speed by the RP and rant the stop sign on Seventh. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Bucknum’s on N Main St, Heppner that a camo tri-fold wallet was lost. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Heppner Shell sta- tion on N main St, Heppner that subjects need to be trespassed. -MCSO received a re- port on Pine Rd, Irrigon that her 16 year old sister has not returned home. Juvenile was located and returned home. Parent was advised of resources available for the juvenile. -MCSO provided a courtesy ride from Buck- num’s on N Main St, Hep- pner.
