RP advised the subject changed their mind and left in a red Ford Focus. -MCSO received a re- port on Rand Rd, Irrigon that there is a garage door that looks broken into and smashed. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Shell station on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that they located a pile of needles in their parking lot.
