Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at MCGG Green Feed on Linden Way, Heppner that there is male subject dressed in dark clothes walking down the street, looks intoxicated. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Seventh St/SE Utah Ave, Irrigon that there is an older van with flash- lights shining out of the vehicle. November 11: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on Hwy 74/ Linden Way, Heppner of deceased cats in the road- way across from the road department warehouse. One is gray with purple col- lar, other tiger stripe that looks like a feed cat. He then threw the cat over the fence. Advised the dog is 85 percent wolf and kills other animals all the time. Advised that the subjects trespassed and shot a duck in the safety zone. Referred to other agency. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Riverside Ave, Heppner that there is a male subject that he thought had shot a gun in the direction of him and his father. RP was outside talking to his father when they heard what they thought was a gun shot. Went down the road and saw a tall, skinny male with a long shaggy beard and red hair. He asked subject if he had shot at them and the subject started screaming at him, then pulled a knife on him. Other party called in and advised that he had a male subject come to his house and ask if he had shot at him. Advised he was go- ing through his vehicle and found a bottle rocket that he shot off. Advised that after them yelling at each other he pulled a knife on the RP. Deputy made contact, no crime committed. -MCSO received a re- port on W Eighth Rd, Irri- gon that someone hit a deer and it is still alive. Deer was dispatched and road dept will be called to come and get the deer. -MCSO received a re- port at Mill Zone on Hwy 74, Heppner that there is a deer in the northbound lane that has been hit. Advised it is too big for her to move but is going to be dangerous for other drivers. -MCSO received a re- port at Northwestern Motel on N Main St, Heppner that there are some very loud tenants in room 29.
