Funeral Notices The Heppner community is getting ready for our an- nual St. Patrick’s Celebration. I want to recognize in advance the organizations which help by picking up and disposing of roadside litter on the entries to town. These are the Heppner Lions, the Bank of Eastern Oregon, the Morrow County employees and the Heppner Elementary School staff. One of the features that distinguishes our town is our good, litter free appearance for ourselves and for our visitors. And, I also want to express appreciation to everyone who helps with the preparations for St. Paddy’s Day.
