Morrow County Justice of the Peace Ann Spicer has released the following Justice Court report: -Thomas Wade Mat- thew, 22, of Heppner was found guilty of no ops and ined $260. -Giselle Moses, 41, of Heppner was found guilty of driving under inluence of intoxicants (DUII) and was fined $1,500. Of the DA’s Report Morrow County Dis- trict Attorney Justin Nelson has released the following report: -Amanda Suzanne Vaughan, 41, was con- victed of Theft III, a Class C misdemeanor; execution of the sentence of 30 days jail time was suspended and the defendant sentenced to 24 months bench proba- tion. Probation conditions include 10 hours commu- nity service, as well as alcohol evaluation and any recommended treatment. Fines, fees and assessments totaled $200. Community lunch menu St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish volunteers will serve lunch on Wednesday, March 2, at St. Patrick’s Senior Center. Lunch will include chicken parmesan, summer squash and zucchini, garlic bread, and tiramisu. Milk is served at each meal. Suggested donation is $3.50 per meal. Menu is subject to change. INM to hold young artists competition Inland Northwest Musicians will hold its 16 th annual Young Artists Competition on Sunday, March 6, at Herm- iston High School.
