Both subjects when another driver tried and the subject advised he was doing drywall at a residence and was waiting for the contractor to come let him in. -A person in Irrigon advised there was a male subject who would not leave and had damaged some property at the loca- tion. A deputy responded. Subjects were contacted and the caller was advised of his options for removing trespassers. Boardman PD was cancelled before arriv- ing on the scene. November 12: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s Ofice was advised of a couple ighting back and forth in Ir- rigon. The caller advised it sounded like it was getting physical. MCSO responded and arrested Leanne Marie Olsen, 38, on a Umatilla County Sheriff’s ofice war- rant for Failure to Appear (FTA) on Fail to Report as a Sex Offender and on an MCSO warrant for FTA on Fail to Report as a Sex Offender. MCSO also cited and released Jose Manuel Longoria Sr., 49, on two separate UCSO warrants for FTA on Assault IV. -A female contacted MCSO and requested phone contact regarding her son being abused by drugs at a Heppner location. -MCSO received report of a lost irearm. -A female in Irrigon reported to MCSO that she had a written statement that advised of all the crimes she had committed, making drugs and selling drugs and many more that she could not explain on the phone, and she wanted to turn her- self in. MCSO responded. November 13: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s ofice, Irrigon ire and Irrigon am- bulance responded to a shed on ire in Irrigon. Boardman ire also was paged out but advised to stand down. -MCSO was advised of a theft from a storage locker in Heppner. The Justice Court Report Morrow County Justice of the Peace Ann Spicer has released the following Justice Court report: -Brenna K. Rietmann, 25, of Ione was found guilty of Violating the Basic Rule (VBR) 78/55 and paid $200 in ines. -Joshua T. Peck, 40, of Lexington was found guilty of VBR 81/55 and was ined $260. DA’s Report BUT WE SURE CAN PRINT Morrow County Dis- trict Attorney Justin Nelson has released the following report: -Leanne Marie Olsen, 38, was convicted of Fail to Register as a Sex offender, a Class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to discharge. A second count was dis- posed without conviction. Fines, fees and assessments totaled $100. -Lucas Allen Grigsby, 35, was convicted of one count of Harassment, a Class B misdemeanor. Ex- ecution of the sentence of 90 days jail time was sus- pended and the defendant sentenced to 18 months bench probation, to include 30 hours of community ser- vice and no offensive physi- cal contact with the vic- tims. One count of Criminal Mischief II was dismissed. Fines, fees and assessments totaled $350. been broken. -Umatilla County Sher- iff’s Ofice arrested Efren Hurtado Jr., 24, on a Mor- row County Sheriff’s Of- fice warrant for Failure to Appear on Recklessly Endangering Another. -MCSO received report of a possible intoxicated driver on Hwy. 730 near Umatilla. MCSO made contact with the driver, who advised they were not used to driving a bigger vehicle. -A caller advised MCSO that they hit a deer on Hwy. 74, Heppner and that it was in the middle of the road lopping around. ODOT was advised. -Benton County, WA advised MCSO that they arrested Catarino Birjilio Martinez, 21, on an MCSO warrant. Subject was lodged in Benton County until a shuttle could take him to Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a re- quest for a welfare check on a subject in Heppner; the caller advised the subject had just gotten home from Kadlec the day before and they had not been able to contact him, and he had been suicidal during the last week. MCSO made contact with the subject and he was given the number to call. -MCSO received report of someone spotlighting an elk in a yard in the Sun- lower Flat area at 7 a.m. on the second day of elk season. -UCSO arrested Mathew Loring Murray, 24, on an MCSO warrant for Failure to Appear on Driv- ing Under the Influence of Intoxicants for parole violation. -A person in Heppner requested contact from a deputy regarding their abil- ity to pick up their pickup, which was sold to someone who was subsequently ar- rested and lodged, leaving the truck unpaid for. -A subject in Boardman advised a female domestic victim was in need of oficer assistance. It was unknown if medical was needed but she had been beat up by her boyfriend. Boardman PD, MCSO and Boardman ambulance responded. The female was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. Kristopher John Roberts, 35, was arrested by MCSO for Domestic Violence – Assault IV and lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -A caller through the language line advised of lots of yelling, crying and a man’s voice upstairs and things being thrown around in a Boardman location. MCSO and Boardman PD responded. November 14: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s Of- ice received a request to respond to a disturbance at Sub Zero Restaurant in Irrigon. MCSO responded. -A male in Irrigon re- ported that his neighbors were yelling and screaming and he wanted a deputy to check out the situation be- fore it got out of hand. -A woman in Ione ad- vised she was bitten by her neighbor’s dog around 9:30 in the morning. The dog drew blood but she did not believe it would need stitches. She advised she would like contact but she was still in the hospital. -MCSO was advised that Oregon State Police had an arrest in Morrow County. Julio Reyes-Garcia Jr., 61, was arrested by OSP for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. November 15: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s Ofice was advised of a suicidal subject in Boardman who was saying good-bye to everyone before her friends an hour and a half ago. The caller advised that the female then took her dog for a walk and the dog came back alone; the dog had had a full rope on but came back with a half rope. Boardman PD responded and located the female, who had fallen in the water. Boardman PD gave her a ride to the ire hall, where Boardman ambulance met them and transported the female to Good Shepherd Hospital. -MCSO received report of a “strange and suspicious individual” at Bucknum’s in Heppner. -MCSO was advised the Jorge Torres Reynoso, 30, while lodged at Uma- tilla County Jail was served an MCSO warrant for Fail- ure to Appear on Failure to Carry and Present. November 16: -A fe- male in Boardman advised that her husband no longer wants her to live in the apartment. Boardman PD responded and determined it was a civil matter and no crime had been committed. -Morrow County Sher- iff’s Ofice was advised of a fence cut at a location in Ir- rigon with a vehicle backed up to the river on Corps of Engineers Property. MCSO responded and made con- tact with the subject. He was having a friend come pick him up. -A female in Irrigon ad- vised that her brother who suffers from Alzheimer’s had been missing since 2 a.m. that morning. -MCSO received re- port of a Remington 760 .308 rile stolen while elk hunting. -MCSO was advised of a male subject outside a Heppner residence, intoxi- cated and yelling. MCSO responded and the male was trespassed from the resi- dence. The subject was also advised that if he caused any more issues that night he would be arrested for disorderly conduct. -MCSO arrested Jesse Allen Salisbuy, 28, on an Irrigon Justice Court war- rant for Failure to Appear on Failure to Appear. November 18: -Pend- leton PD arrested Victor Flores Martinez, 37, on a Morrow County Parole and Probation warrant for Probation Violation. The subject was lodged at Uma- tilla County Jail on Morrow County and local charges. -A man in Irrigon ad- vised Morrow County Sher- iff’s Ofice that the driver’s side window was broken out of his pickup sometime during the night. -MCSO received a dog complaint from a man in Heppner. He advised that his neighbors’ dogs were constantly barking and that he had spoken to his neigh- bors about the issue but they continued to leave their dogs outside. -MCSO arrested Deb- bie Jarrett, 31, for Fre- quenting a Place where Controlled Substances Are Used. MCSO also arrested Leobardo Jacquez III, 40, for Violation of a Restrain- were lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -A person in Irrigon advised of a husband and wife arguing and ighting outside. MCSO responded and the parties advised it was verbal only. -MCSO was advised that someone cut the locks of two storage sheds in Ir- rigon and stole a bunch of stuff out of them. -MCSO arrested Jack Dale Castator, 31, for Fail- ure to Appear on charges of Failure to Appear. -Lebanon, OR police advised MCSO they arrest- ed Ronald Arthur Gonzales, 68, for Failure to Appear on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine. Subject also had a Linn County war- rant. Subject was lodged at Linn County Jail. November 19: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s Ofice was advised of a single- vehicle rollover on I-84 east, Boardman. The driver was out of the vehicle but seemed to have a shoulder injury. MCSO, Boardman ambulance, Boardman ire and Boardman PD respond- ed; Oregon State Police responded and handled the crash. -MCSO received a re- quest to attempt to locate a semi-truck involved in a theft from Stanield. MCSO responded and stopped the vehicle. MCSO cited Clyde Dean Wilson, 59, for Driv- ing Outside Restrictions. November 20: -Emer- gency personnel were ad- vised of a rollover motor vehicle accident on Hwy. 74, Lexington. Respond- ers were advised there was one patient, no obvious injuries, but the patient was being kept off the road and not moving as much as possible. Vehicle was non- blocking. November 21: -MCSO was advised of a van down by the river in Irrigon, high- centered in an area it wasn’t supposed to be in. The caller advised there were four occupants in the van and they were under some form of intoxication. They tried to get the caller to tow them out but the caller did not have a rope and called MCSO. -MCSO was advised of a female punching herself in the face at an Irrigon residence. The caller was at the neighbor’s house. -A female advised a pickup was in front of her house and a male was on his way from Ione to pick up the pickup, which he hadn’t paid for. She advised she didn’t want him to take the pickup unless he came up with $400. She advised she was clear up in Hardman but would be off shortly. November 22: -Board- man PD was stopped at the Bank of Eastern Oregon, Boardman, and advised of a domestic that had just oc- curred. Ciera Rachelle Hen- don, 22, was arrested by Morrow County Sheriff’s Ofice on a Union County warrant. -A male advised he was going down Hardman Hill to run him off the road. The male advised the other driver hates his guts and, as they were coming around the corner, he swerved over the double yellow line and tried to run him off the road. The caller requested phone contact. -MCSO received a complaint from a person in Heppner who said their neighbor had four or ive dogs that bark all the time. The caller advised the dogs lived in a kennel outside the house; it happens ev- ery night, and the caller works graveyard shifts and would like it to stop. MCSO made contact with both par- ties. The dog owners were advised they needed to quiet their dogs or a citation would be issued. -A female in Boardman advised that her ex was outside of her house and stalking her. MCSO and Boardman PD responded. -A person in Irrigon advised that a pit bull came into their yard and was at- tacking their German shep- herd. MCSO cited Sarah Mae Cook, 36, for Dog as a Public Nuisance. November 23: -Mor- row County Sheriff’s Of- ice, Boardman PD, Board- man ire, Boardman ambu- lance, ODOT and Oregon State Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on I-84 west, Boardman. A female advised a deer hit her windshield and ran off. The vehicle was off the road. She advised that she did hit her head. Patient was transported. -MCSO received a complaint from a female in Heppner who said her house had been broken into sometime the previous night, she believed through the window. It was deter- mined to be wind damage, not criminal. -A female in Boardman advised she was looking for her dog and a male stopped and offered help and was now following her. MCSO responded and cited Adrian Cervantes, 35, for No Ops. -A male in Irrigon ad- vised MCSO that suspi- cious transactions were made with his Banner Bank account. About $900 was deposited into his account and then pulled out of the account; the checks that were deposited did not clear. The caller advised he did not make these transac- tion and as far as he knows no one has access to his account number. -A female in Irrigon ad- vised that her ex-boyfriend slammed her foot in the car door. MCSO responded. November 24: -A fe- male in Irrigon reported a pickup parked in front of her residence for at least 10 minutes; she advised she had never seen it in the area before. She advised it took off toward the post ofice. MCSO contacted the ve- hicle at the Irrigon Shell and advised the subject of the complaint. Subject stated it was not him but the vehicle matched the description the caller had given.
