This was a non-league game for the Cardinals and was fast-paced until the end for both teams. The Cardinals fought hard, keeping the score either tied or within a two- to four-point spread until the fourth quarter, when the Outlaws pulled ahead, winning with a inal score of Ione 34, Enterprise 50. With the fast-paced playing came a lot of fouls that added up, with three players fouling out for the last part of the game. On Saturday Ione played the Riverside Pi- rates in another non-league game. They played well in their second game of the season and almost pulled ahead to win. However, by the end of the fourth quarter the Pirates outpaced the Lady Cards to pull down 44 points to Ione’s 34.
