He said that when he stopped to get items out of it the next morning, it had been broken into and stripped. Oregon State Police was advised and would contact the caller to take the report. -MCSO received report of a red vehicle parked partly in the road and partly on school property near the intersection of Wyoming and Division in Irrigon. -MCSO received report from a subject in Heppner that her brother just as- saulted her and she was at the next-door neighbor’s house. MCSO arrested Cody Rankin, 24. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail for Assault IV-felony, with $7,500 bail. -MCSO received report from a subject at First St./ Columbia River, Irrigon that someone left a bag of trash, but that the area appeared to be cleaner. A deputy disposed of the trash. -MCSO received report from a female subject on Dee Cox Rd., Heppner that another female kept calling he phone and harassing her, using profanities. -MCSO received re- quest for deputy contact from an Ione man who said his ex-wife had a vehicle in California that was regis- tered in both their names. He wanted MCSO to advise him of his options. MCSO contacted him and advised him of his options. -MCSO received report from a woman on Froberg Lane in Irrigon that some- things had been moved in her bedroom, the closet was off its tracks and her son’s pistol was missing. MCSO responded. -MCSO received report from a woman at Columbia Lane/Paterson Ferry Rd., Irrigon, that two men were standing at a location look- ing like they wanted her to pick them up, but she didn’t as she was alone. She advised that it seemed suspicious. MCSO made contact and determined that the individuals were head- ing to Colorado. -MCSO Sergeant ad- vised that all the lights were on at an address on Riverside Ave. in Heppner at 7:45 p.m. He made con- tact with kids who were out back stacking wood for the owner of the residence. - B o a r d m a n A m b u- lance, Irrigon Ambulance received report that some- one ran into a building on 1st St. in Boardman with their vehicle. The driver was outside of the vehicle and no one inside was in- jured. Boardman Fire and Police Department respond- ed. Boardman Ambulance was cancelled before re- sponding. -Irrigon Ambulance re- ceived report that a 48-year old female stabbed herself in the chest on Fourth St. in Irrigon. The caller advised she had pulled the knife out and he was trying to put pressure on the wound, but she kept fighting him off. The subject was trans- ported.
