Memorial Hospital had five
admissions for the month,
eight swing bed admis-
sions, nine admitted for
observation, one admitted
for hospital respite, one ad-
mitted to the swing nursing
facility, 442 outpatients, 84
emergency room encoun-
ters, 1,594 lab tests, 120
x-ray procedures, 13 CT
scans, 19 EKG tests, three
treadmill procedures, three
colonoscopy procedures,
three endoscopy proce-
dures, one colon/endoscopy
procedure; Heppner Ambu-
lance had 32 page-outs with
27 transports for $42,363;
Boardman Ambulance had
36 page-outs with 15 trans-
ports for $25,637; Irrigon
Ambulance had 25 page-
outs with 16 transports for
$20,416; there were two
flights; Home Health had
103 nursing visits; Hos-
pice had two admissions;
Pharmacy had 2769 drug
doses for $63,370 in drug
revenue.
Two-day tournament
leaves Mustang softball
1-4 for the season
Heppner softball is 1-4
for the season after suf-
fering three disappointing
losses in the Heppner Tour-
nament last week.
It was a two-day soft-
ball tournament Wednesday
and Thursday, March 25-
26, for the Mustangs with
Heppner playing Knappa
and Clatskanie.
Echo visited on
Wednesday and Pendle-
ton JV took their place on
Thursday.
On Wednesday Hep-
pner defeated Clatskanie,
2-1. Wednesday vs. Clats-
kanie, Morgan Correa went
two for three with two sin-
gles and Jessica Kempken
added a double.
Also on Wednesday,
Knappa defeated Heppner
12-0. Wednesday vs. Knap-
pa, Rylee Kollman went 2
for 2 with a single and a
triple and Caitlynn Bailey
added a single.
Thursday Knappa de-
feated Heppner 5-2. Cait-
lynn Bailey, Sydney Qualls
and Morgan Correa all con-
tributed singles and Meran-
da Lemmon added a triple.
Thursday Heppner lost
to Clatskanie 15-5. Jes-
sica Kempken and Meranda
Lemmon both went 2 for 4
at the plate.

gles and Lemmon, a single
