I Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, July 16,2014 - FIVE Sheriff's Report March 20 (coot.): -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that their horses were out and they were own their way to get them. She called back and advised that the horses were back in. -MCSO received report from a Boardman man that he saw a possibly suspended driver get into a vehicle and drive off. -MCSO Deputy advised he received inform ation about an incident at a Kunze Lane, Boardman location. A deputy responded. -MCSO received report of a vehicle parked in front of a garage and the vehicle was not supposed to be there. The caller advised that someone had picked u the car and he did not need assistance any more. -MCSO received report of a stray brown Doberman at an Irrigon residence. The dog was transported to Pet Rescue. -MCSO received report from a Heppner woman that a vehicle passed them twice in a no-passing zone, did not stop at a stop sign and was driving at excessive speeds on Hwy. 207-Echo/ Marquardt Rd., Lexington. A deputy made contact with the driver and warned him. -M C S O D e p u ty advised that someone was walking along the side of the road on Hwy. 207- E c h o /B o m b in g R ange Rd., Lexington, and was going to turn around and attempt to make contact. The deputy made contact and the subject had a ride to pick him up. March 24: -M CSO was advised that Umatilla County S h eriff’s Office arrested Clifford Eugene Bradley, 48, on an Irrigon J u stic e C o u rt w arran t for failure to appear on driving while suspended misdemeanor. Bradley was also arrested on UCSO warrants with an MCSO hold placed. -MCSO was advised that UPRR arrested Carlos DA’s Report M o rro w C o u n ty District Attorney Justin Nelson has released the following report: -J o se p h E d w ard Kindle, 34, was convicted of one count of Arson in the First Degree, A Class A felony, and sentenced to 18 months prison time with the Oregon Dept, of Corrections with credit for time served. Kindle was also sentenced to three years post-prison supervision, to include mental health evaluation and sanctions including the possibility of additional imprisonment if terms of supervision are violated. In addition, Joseph Edward Kindle, 34, was convicted of one count of Theft in the First Degree, a C lass C felony, and sentenced to 18 months prison time with the Oregon Dept, of Corrections with credit for time served, time to run concurrent w ith sentence on a Burglary I charge (to follow). Kindle was also given two years post-prison supervision, to include mental health evaluation and sanctions including the possibility of additional imprisonment if terms of supervision are violated. In addition, Joseph Edward Kindle, 34, was convicted of one count of Felon Possess Firearm , a C lass C felony, and sentenced to 15 months prison time with the Oregon Dept, of Corrections with credit for tim e served, sentence to run consecutive to the counts of Arson I and Burglary I. Kindle was also given two years post-prison supervision, to include mental health evaluation and sanctions including the possibility of additional imprisonment if terms of supervision are violated. In ad d itio n , Joseph Edward Kindle, 34, was convicted o f one count o f Burglary in the First Degree, a Class A felony, and sentenced to 32 months prison time with the Oregon Dept, of Corrections with credit for time served, time to run co n cu rren t with sentence on a Theft I charge (previous). Kindle was also sentenced to three years post-prison supervision, to include mental health evaluation and sanctions including the possibility of additional imprisonment if term s o f supervision are v io la te d . Two additional counts of Theft I were disposed without conviction. Fines, fees and assessments totaled $2,400. Ramirez, 23, on an Irrigon Ju stic e C o u rt w arran t for failure to appear on possession of less than one ounce o f m arijuana x3. Ramirez was also arrested on local charges and a Hermiston warrant with an MCSO hold placed. -M C S O is s u e d a c ita tio n to Jo se p h J. Conradt, 21, for violating the basic rule 80/55. -MCSO cited Scott D. Brill, 42, for violating the speed limit 90/65. -MCSO cited Bridget R ose N o rv e ll, 47, for violating the speed limit 83/65. March 25: -M CSO cited Darren Vale Michie, 43, for VBR 75/55. -A caller in Heppner reported a parked maroon p ick -u p b la rin g m usic with offensive language. Requested deputy response because it was close to the day care center; caller did not want contact. March 27: -M CSO arrested D ario A lvarez O rd u n a, 53, for DUII and failure to carry and present d riv er’s license. Boardman PD assisted with interpreting. -MCSO was advised that Gilliam County was trying to catch up with a sm all gray passenger car going well over 100 mph. Gilliam County was not able to catch up to the vehicle, MCSO stopped the vehicle and cited Jeffrey L. Page, 43, for VSL 98/65. -Hermiston PD advised that they arrested Laura Estrada, 27, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for giving false information to a peace officer. -M C S O r e c e iv e d a d riving co m p lain t in Heppner of a vehicle driving and weaving all over the road. A deputy made contact with the driver; driver was not intoxicated, just had a hard time seeing, stating that the vehicle behind him was tailgating and had his bright lights on. March 28: -M CSO received a call from a subject in Irrigon who thought he heard an explosion but was unsure if it was thunder. A second caller reported an explosion that shook his home.
