Skills Conference to be

University this Thursday,

interviewing—40 different
tests in all—are designed to
assess students’ knowledge
and aptitude.

take a bus to La Grande
Wednesday night in order to
be ready for an early check­
in at 7:15 a.m. at EOU.
Competition will start at 8
a.m. and go through lunch.

awards assembly at 12:30
p.m. in McKenzie Theatre
in EOU’s Loso Hall.

Area students take
in Ag show
Students from the Heppner and lone Ag programs attended
the NW Ag Show last Thursday. This was a reward for the
students’ successful joint food drive in cooperation with Les
Schwab. Instructors Beth Dickenson and Erin Heideman say
they hope this is one of many more such joint endeavors. This
opportunity was sponsored by the lone Education Foundation.
