R esidents honored him
with the playing of taps, in

as a bombardier in World
Warll.
Bud was a resident at
the Terrace for six and a half
years and was instrumental
in the p la n tin g o f the
facility’s garden, which he
could still be seen tending
last summer. He will be
missed by many friends
and neighbors at the Terrace
and the senior center. A
memorial service for Bud
and his wife, Harriet, who
preceded him in death, will
be held this summer.
A more pleasant day
saw a new neighbor move
into the Terrace earlier
this month, when Billie
Lacey moved from the St.
Patrick’s Apartments. Billie
can now visit more often
with friend Velma Wight
and other residents, and she
is now a neighbor to another
friend, Bud Wilson, with
whom she has something in
common: Billie’s daughter
April is married to Bud’s
son Don.
