M CSO and B oardm an Ambulance responded and the patient was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston. -M C SO , B oardm an Fire Department received request for a Fire engine and standby ambulance in Arlington. Boardman and Heppner fire departments both reported no crew to spare. -M C SO , B oardm an Fire Department, Irrigon Ambulance and Oregon State Police received report o f a vehicle accident on Hwy. 730, Irrigon. The 35-year-old subject was conscious and reported that his airbags went off. He refused transport. - L e x i n g t o n F ir e D e p a rtm e n t, H ep p n er Ambulance, Heppner Fire Department received report of a possible structure fire at the old gas station on Main St. and ‘C’ Street in Lexington. -M C S O a r r e s t e d Jessica Jill Overton, 36, on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for F ailu re to A ppear/Resisting Arrest and Attempting to Escape III. She was lodged on other charges at the Department of Corrections and was to be transported to Umatilla County Jail at a later date with $6.000 bail. -M C S O r e c e iv e d request for inform ation from a special agent with the Department of Homeland Security-Immigrations & Customs concerning a 1992 incident. -M C S O r e c e iv e d report from a woman in Boardman who advised that she had seen a man snorting something in a car at the 1-84 Boardman rest area and there were also a woman and a child in the car. They were heading east-bound. Oregon State Police was advised. -M C S O r e c e iv e d report from an Irrigon man that two days earlier while exiting a shed on his property, he observed a vehicle in his drive and two females approaching the front door to his residence. He said that when they saw him, they turned and ran back to their vehicle. Then today, while sitting in his living room a blonde female with a pony tail entered his residence with a bucket, mop and broom, but when she noticed him in the room, she turned and ran. The caller requested deputy contact. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman of a dispute with her neighbor regarding dogs. -MCSO received report o f a d riv e-o ff from the Heppner Shell station. The reporter said that they paid for gas for the vehicle, but failed to pay for the gas can. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man that a male subject was harassing him by phone. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that the female staying across from her was failing to watch her three-year-old child. She reported that the child was playing in the road and a vehicle almost hit it. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man o f his neighbor’s dogs incessant barking. -M C S O r e c e iv e d r e q u e s t fo r c o n t a c t c o n c e rn in g te le p h o n e harassment. O ctober 24: Morrow County S heriff’s Office d e p u ty a d v is e d o f suspicious circumstances at an Irrigon location in which the gate was locked, but the door open. -M CSO , B oardm an P o lic e D e p a r tm e n t, Boardman Fire Department, Boardman Ambulance and Irrigon Ambulance received report o f a tw o-vehicle accident at the Boardman on-ram p at the Port of Morrow. One subject was cited for no o p eratin g license and illegal backing. -MCSO received report of a suspicious male subject w alking around by the railroad in Boardman. A deputy was unable to locate anyone. -MCSO arrested Jacob Earl Busch, 29. on probable cause charges of Failure to Carry and Present and providing false information to a police officer. He was also arrested on Lincoln County warrants for parole violations for Possession o f M e th a m p h e ta m in e , Assault IV and Menacing, on a U m atilla C ounty w arran t for F ailu re to A ppear/Providing False Inform ation o f a Police Officer and on a Pendleton Police Department warrant for Failure to Pay Fines. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $150,469 bail. -MCSO arrested Tyler Jam es Sanders, 21, for Failure to Register. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $7,500 bail. -M C S O r e c e iv e d report of a homeless person sleeping behind the library in Heppner and scaring kids who were w alking on the nearby foot bridge. O ctober 25: -MCSO cited Yuri Madrigal, 26, for VSL 85/65. -C aller advised that som eone took out their mail boxes. They are on the Sandhollow and Kenny Lane Cross. Caller advised that there was a m irror that broke off and that it was black housing and the mirror is shuttered. Caller believed that whoever did it took the corner to fast and went wide. October 26: -Caller in Boardman area stated that there appeared to be a UPS truck on the side of the road and it had possibly hit a deer. Unknown at this time and would like an officer to check on it.
