The subject was determined to be valid, -MCSO reported that a Heppner man turned in 10 shotgun shells that were damaged and he did not want them to be shot. -M C SO , B oardm an Ambulance received report of a male lying about two feet off ¿he rumble strip on 1-84 Boardman taking a nap. MCSO responded and transported the subject to the rest area. -M C S O r e c e i v e d request for a welfare check from U m atilla C ounty Sheriff"s Office for a subject who was pulled over and cited in Stanfield. UCSO officer had heard the subject make a remark about killing him self.
