of a motel in Irrigon called
for another man about get­
ting his vehicle released.
The manager advised that
the su b ject was acting
very odd, may be “handi­
capped” and did not believe
he should be driving. The
subject was about to check
out of the hotel.

on a 73-year-old Heppner
woman. The caller said the
last time they spoke with
her was on May 3. She was
supposed to come in for an
appointment, but did not
show up and they were un­
able to contact her.

woman, but the man now

who advised that one of the
males in question was not
