The meeting will take place on the 30th day of April 2013 at 6:30 PM. If a second meeting is necessary, it will be held at the same location on the 6th day of May, 2013 at 6:30 PM. The drugs were given to a deputy and entered into evidence. -MCSO cited Marcos Mad rigal Reyes, 34, for Viola tion of the Speed Limit, 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. He was also warned for having no insurance and no signal turn. -MCSO received report from a Heppner man who reported that his girlfriend had just been assaulted by another woman who had hit his girlfriend in the face. The caller reported that the suspect was still on the scene and everyone was intoxicated. April 8: MCSO received re port from an Irrigon woman o f spam phone calls. A deputy made contact and advised her of her options. -MCSO received report of trespass at a Boardman ad dress by three male subjects who tried to fight one of the employees. According to the caller, when the em ployee left, they followed him. -MCSO received report of possible building without going through the permit process in lone. -MCSO arrested Jammie Leeann Gomez-Jarrett, 29, on a Morrow County Cir cuit Court warrant for Fail ure to Appear/two counts of forgery/two counts of theft. The subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -MCSO cited Octavio An- tolin Rojas Gomez, 26, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 84 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO received a request from a Heppner resident on how to obtain a no-contact or restraining order for a nine-year-old daughter. -MCSO received a request from an Irrigon man as to whether it would be okay to take the plates off a vehicle that is being repossessed. -MCSO received report of two calves missing from a Lexington ranch. -MCSO arrested Angelique Kettlewell on a parole and probation detention war rant. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -MCSO received a request from a Heppner subject to obtain abandoned ve hicle forms for multiple vehicles. -MCSO received report from a Heppner woman that her boyfriend threw her up against a wall and hit her in the face. She denied an ambulance. Wade Merle Padberg, 56, for Assault IV/Domestic Violence and Harassment. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $9,000 bail. -M C ^ p received report from an Irrigon woman who reported a noise complaint for her sister in Umatilla. The call was transferred to Umatilla County 911. April 9: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report from an Irrigon man that another person has a sprinkler that reaches all the way out into the road and sprays vehicles. The caller said he spoke to the sprinkler owner and he said the road was his. A depu ty made contact with the sprinkler owner who said he would take care of it. -MCSO received a request from a Heppner woman for deputy contact concerning something she found and possible drug activity. A re straining order was served. -MCSO received a request for information concerning another person who has someone living in a fifth wheel on his property. The caller requested informa tion on procedures to have the person removed from the property. A deputy made contact and advised the subject of his options. -MCSO received report from the parole and proba tion director who picked up a stock dog mixed puppy in Boardman. The code deputy was to take the dog to Pet Rescue. -MCSO received report of an erratic driver on 1-84, Irrigon. Deputies were out of position, but OSP was advised. -MCSO received report from a Boardman subject that another dog bit his dog.
