The garbage voucher pro gram encourages citizens to clean up their residences by disposing of yard debris. City residents may pick up their vouchers at Boardman City Hall, 200 City Center Circle. For more informa tion on this program, call Boardman City Hall at 541 - 481-9252. the City. His term expires December 31, 2016. Those interested must have resided in the City o f Boardman during the twelve months immediately preceding the appointment. HWCD provides funds to local youth organiza tions to conduct a stream cleanup project each year. This annual project helps keep the creek channels clear of debris for the safety and enjoyment o f the citizens and visi tors of Heppner. Citizens are reminded it is against state law to throw debris or refuse, such as grass clip pings, garbage, appliances, etc., in the creek.
