Vehicle then turned onto Bombing Range and then onto Wilson Lane. The vehicle failed to m aintain a single lane o f travel. BPD contacted and warned the driver for care less driving. Caller did not want to sign a citation. August 13: -MCSO received a report from a man who said there was y e llin g at a nearby house; the male was telling the female to get out, and the caller did not know if it was physical or if they were intoxicated. Deputy made contact; subjects were playing a game o f poker and were highly intoxicated. -M C SO received a call from a man in Ir rigon who said his neigh b o r’s dogs w ere em a c i ated. MCSO responded and transported two pit bulls to Pet Rescue. Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheri ft"s Office reports han dling the following busi ness: August ll:-M C SO arrested N athan Edw ard W arren T albert, 36, for driving while suspended- misdemeanor. -M C SO a rre ste d Shawn Michael Chandler, 33, on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for failure to a p p e ar/d riv in g w hile suspended. -A fem ale c a lle r reporter that another female walked by her residence and challenged her to a fight. The caller declined. -M C SO received a report that a red Honda car with Washington plates came off the freeway onto Hwy 730 at a high rate of speed and failed to stop -MCSO received a call from a man who said he wanted to give back a trap for feral cats that he had borrowed from the sheri IFs office. M CSO picked up the trap. -A fem ale c a ller from Irrigon said a woman has her laptop and w on't give it back. Caller lives in Pendleton; other woman has the com puter at her mother's house in Irrigon. -M C SO received information that a cancer p a tie n t w as th re a te n in g suicide. C aller said there w ere guns in the house but unknown if there was ammo. M CSO responded with a BPD cover unit. -B ellinger Farms called to say they received a report that a dark grey Isuzu was in their field stealing watermelons. Subjects stole 10 to 15 melons. Last seen headed northbound on Di vision from the field. CAR T IR É S -MCSO received a report that a kid on a bike was hit by a car The car was still on the scene. The child was not trapped under the car but may have back injuries. Boardman IM S responded and transported to Good Shepherd Hospi tal. BPD and M C S() also responded. -B P D gave Jose G uadalupa Lemus Ayala, 70, a citation for driving while suspended violation. The subject also received a warning for no tail lights. -B P D is s u e d a citation to a 43-year-old male for no operator’s li cense. The subject was also warned for speed and fail ure to obey a traffic control device. -BPD officer re ported a group o f dem onstrators at a Boardman location. -B P D is s u e d a citation to a 31-year-old male for violating the speed limit. -Boardman ambu lance received a request for an ambulance for a one- y ear-old who was choking for unknown reason; while on the phone with the caller, the baby started to cry. EMS responded, and the parents were transporting the child on their own against medi cal advice. August 14: -MCSO warned an 81 -year- old woman for failure to use turn signal; illegal stopping, standing or parking; and no license plate light. -MCSO warned a 4 4 -y ea r-o ld w om an for defective break lights. -M CSO received a report from a caller who saw a small black car driv ing through Country Gar den Estates with their lights off. Caller thinks this is a lie. Caller will be available for contact on his cell. Would like the driver spoken with and IDed be cause o f some thefts that occurred and some transient problems. August 15: -MCSO received a call from a man who said his girlfriend was tearing up his house. Caller reported that she has bat tered w om an’s syndrom e and has been drinking. Stat ed that she has a gun in her purse. Caller will be outside his residence waiting for a deputy. Deputy made con tact. Woman just wants to leave. No other problems. Caller will leave so she can pack and go. -B PD receiv ed a call from a Boardman wom an who said her daughter’s tricycle was stolen. -M C SO received a report that a semi truck was on its side blocking the eastbound lanes o f 1-84 near MP 161. MCSO. BPD, B oardm an F ire, B oard- man Ambulance, OSP and ODOT responded. -M CSO received a report that OSP arrested Audrey Lynn Sheperd, 22, for DUI1 and criminal mis chief III. The subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -Hermiston PD ad vised M CSO that Jason Michael Francisco Garza, 20, had turned him self in on a circuit court warrant for possession o f metham- phetam ine and unlaw ful possession o f methamphet- amine. Subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Victoria J. Barrow, 20, for violating the basic rule by driving 83 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a call that a female had backed into the caller at the bottom o f an 1-84 ramp. Female had no license or insurance. Fe male still on scene, driving an Acura. and is waiting for her brother-in-law to bring the insurance card. Non- blocking, non-injury. OSP was also advised. The fe male driver was cited from no operator’s license and motor vehicle accident.. -A caller from Ir rigon advised MCSO that a subject had stolen a mo torcycle from his residence. He left in a grey '97 Ford Explorer. A ugust 18: -OSP advised M CSO that they arrested a 42-year-old male on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant. They subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -County road de partm ent advised M CSO that there was a vehicle on fire and fully engulfed. Fire, EMS and deputy re sponded; vehicle towed by Looslie’s. Luis Macias, 22, was issued a citation for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. -M C SO received a report that an irrigation water pump had been stolen in Irrigon. -An Irrigon m an called MCSO to report that his neighbor's goats got out and trashed his yard and ate his fruit trees. The owner o f the goats was contacted. She will get rid o f the goats and talk to the caller about the tree damage. -Warren R o g ers from W arren Rogers Bail Bonds from Crawford County. MO called to report that he had inform ation about the location o f a fe male who was wanted in Crawford County MO on multiple warrants.
