EIGHT - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Sheriff’s Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reports handling the fol lowing business: -MSCO received a report from a caller in Boardman that a male subject was trespassing. Carlos Antonio Ramirez, 19, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II. -MCSO received a report from a man in Boardman who said that his wife is angry and that she has a baseball a baseball bat and that she had hit it on the wall next to his head. -M CSO received a call from a man in Boardman who said they had loaned their vehicle out and that the people had not returned it yet and would like to know what their options are. July 5: Morrow County Sheriffs Office received a report from a caller in Boardman that two male subjects were throw ing fireworks by cars. -MCSO issued a citation to Norma Gonzalez, 28, for violating the speed limit of 84 mph in a 65 mph speed zone. -MCSO issued a citation for Michele Massari Cox, 51, for violating the basic rule of 73 mph in a 55 mph speed zone. -MCSO pulled over Gloria Flores Sanchez, 43, and was issued citations for no operators license and failing to drive within the lane. -MCSO issued a citation to C h a n t e l l L e o n e Lynn M ichaels, 29, for maintaining a a dog as a public nuisance. July 6: Morrow County Sheriffs office received a report from a caller in Echo that there was an accident on Hwy 207 involving two vehicles. -M C S O r e c e i v e d a com plaint from a caller in Irrigon who said he let a neighbor borrow a Wednesday, September 21,2011 carburetor and now he will not give it back. -M CSO received a call from a man in Heppner who said a subject came into their business a couple of days ago with a wallet and asked them to hold onto it for a few days. The caller wanted a deputy to come and pick it up. -M CSO received a call from a man in Irrigon who advised that he could hear a bunch of banking noises by the sheds. -M C S O r e c e i v e d a compliant from a caller in Heppner who said that they could hear what sounded like a high caliber weapon being fired, maybe at a coyote or something. She called her neighbors and they said it was not them. It was determ ined that neighbors were shooting off fireworks. -M C S O a r r e s t e d a Felixnando Rios-Campana, 34, for Possession o f a Forged Instrument I. -MCSO received a call from a female in Irrigon who said she had seen an male subject on a ladder, but he was getting down. Then said he was on the ground and trying to get up, but appeared to be in a lot of pain. MCSO and Irrigon ambulance responded and the subject advised that he was just taking a nap. -T he M orrow C o u n ty Sheriffs Office received a report from a female caller in Irrigon saying that the field the people across the road have been plowing all day long and the wind is really starting to blow and the dust is really bad. The caller wanted for them to put water on the field to calm the dust. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a suspicious male was following 2 girls. -MCSO received a call from a woman in Heppner who said that a white bird dog keeps coming onto her property and challenging her dog. The owner of the dog was just visiting and put the dog in his vehicle. July 8: M orrow County Sheriffs Office received a call from a m an in Boardman who had found a brown and white pit bull wearing a harness. -MCSO received a call from a woman in Boardman who said that a cat jumped into a yard and a dog attacked it. -MCSO received a call from a woman in Boardman who wanted officer contact regarding her ex-husband and a possible issues with drugs and their children. -MCSO received a call from a man in Arlington about a single vehicle rollover. -MCSO received a call from a woman in Heppner about a deer who was limping due to a badly injured front leg. -MCSO received a report from a man in Lexington about a male subject who was trespassing and loading some stuff into his van. It was determined that the man was not trespassing. -MCSO received a report from a man in Irrigon about several vehicles traveling at high speeds and would extra patrol in the area. -MCSO received a report from a woman in Irrigon who said that she went to visit her Aunt and pick up some personal property. The Aunt started yelling at her and threw something at her. -MCSO received a report from a man in Lexington about a cut lock on the bam where he is living. -MCSO received a report from a fem ale caller in Boardman who said there were 3 boys, 2 riding on a dirt bike together and the other on a 3-wheeler driving at a high rate o f speed. -MCSO arrested Kyle Lee Getsinger, 26, on charges o f Assualt IV, Domestic V io le n ce, F elo n y and D isorderly C onduct II. He is being lodged at the Umatilla County Jail on a $10,500.00 bail. -M CSO received a call from a man in Boardman who would like an officer to make contact with his neighbor regarding the sprinkler that keeps coming onto his property. -MCSO received a report from a male caller in Irrigon about his neighbors who are letting o ff fireworks and scaring his dog. -MCSO received a report from a fem ale caller in Irrigon about a truck that is throwing rocks all over the place and blaring loud music. residence had been broken into and her laptop and PSP had been taken. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon saying that her son was running around town and he is on probation and refusing to come home. -MCSO received a call from a man in Heppner that said a juvenile female was behind the hospital complaining of chest pains. -MCSO arrested a male subject in Irrigon for a DUII. The subject also received a citatio n for driving 82 mph in a 55mph speed zone, Driving While Suspended and Refusal of July 9: M orrow County a BAC test. The caller wanted a police officer to start looking fof the boy as well. -MCSO received a call from a man in Irrigon who said there was gang graffiti on the front of an empty house that must have occurred over the weekend. -M C S O r e c e iv e d an a n o n y m o u s c a ll from someone in Heppner about loud music. The caller said it had been going on for at least 2 hours and that it was so loud they could hear the base. -MCSO received a call from a female in Boardman who said there was an injured owl by the pond. The caller was given the number for Blue M ountain W ildlife Rescue. July 13: Morrow County Sheriffs Office received a call from a man in Heppner who said that a fawn had been hit by a car and was in the road. -M C S O r e c e i v e d a complaint from a woman in Heppner who said that the dog she has been having trouble with was at her house right now digging in the garbage. The caller said that she would take a picture o f the dog so that when there is an availability Deputy they can ID it. -MCSO received a call from a man in Irrigon who would like to talk to an officer about the smells coming from the neighboring farms. The caller said that last year the same thing happened and the farmers were told they had a certain amount of time to clean up the smell or they would be fined. -M CSO cited a fem ale subject, 24, in Boardman for violating the speed limit. 79/65 work zone. -MCSO was flagged down by a person in Irrigon who wanted to report a chihuahua that was running loose. July 15: Morrow County received a complaint from a female caller in lone that there is a dust issue. -M CSO received a call from a woman in Irrigon who said som eone had stolen her phone and is now being harassed by the subject who took it. -M CSO received a call from a man in Heppner who said that a male subject keeps calling his residence and would like for him to stop. -M CSO received a sex offender registration for Mario Calvillo Ramirez, 27, of Heppner. -MCSO received a report from a man in Heppner about an adult male who was standing on the bridge w ithout a sh irt on and shooting o f rounds into the water. There were also two kids standing on the bridge fishing. MCSO responded and contacted the three juveniles. They were unable to locate any weapons. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that an older white car was swerving and that the male driver was drinking a fifth of whiskey. -M CSO received a call from a man in Irrigon who said that there were 5 male subjects in a fight. Three of the subjects got into a white Honda and the other two subjects were on foot. -MCSO received a call from a man in Boardman who said three male subjects were yelling and threatening him and that he would like an officer to contact him. July 16: The Boardman Police Department received report o f around 15-20 persons drinking outside on Wilson Rd. in Boardman. The caller said that she already contacted them to turn the music down and they did, but she also requested a unit patrol. -B PD a rre s te d C arlo s A n to n io R am irez, 20, on an Irrig o n J u s tic e Court warrant for Failure to A p p e a r/D is o rd e rly Conduct. He was lodged at Umatilla County jail with $3,000 bail. -BPD received request for an officer from a subject concerning turning herself in on a warrant she may have. BPD arrested Irma Calvillo, 21, on an Irrigon J u stic e C o u rt w a rra n t for F ailu re to A ppear/ Disorderly Conduct. She was cited and released with $3,000 bail. -BPD received report that the neighbors were trying to break into a female subject’s residence. She said that the subject was usually in to x ic a te d . BPD and Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded, but the residence was secure and no one was around. -BPD received report of a male subject outside of an apartment complex flying an airplane, w hich was really loud and people co u ld n ’t sleep. A male subject was advised not to run the helicopter at night. -Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report that Umatilla County Sheriff’s O ffic e a rre s te d Toby Dale Rodriguez, 40, on a M orrow County C ircuit Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/U nauthorized Use of Vehicle and Theft I. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $30,000 bail. -MCSO received report that UCSO arrested Nicole Lee Lawyer, 25, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Criminal Trespass II. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $3,000 bail.
