T he c a re p r o v id e d by everyone in clu d in g the param edics, nursing staff, physicians, physical therapists, dietary staff, front office and the entire care team was excellent. It is hard to find the words to adequately express our admiration for the staff’s professionalism, sensitivity and compassion for Mom during her transport to the hospital, ER visit and her subsequent skilled nursing stay w here she gained strength and mobility with physical therapy. We are grateful for the patience and flexibility of the hospital administration and staff who allowed the family to be with Mom night and day during her first tw o w eeks in the hospital.
