OREGON DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY DOUG DECKER, STATE FORESTER Published: April 6 and 13, 2011 Affidavit DA’s Report The Morrow Coun ty District Attorney’s Office has released the following report: -Antonio Morales Garcia, 32, was found guilty o f Possession o f a Con trolled Substance - Meth- amphetamine, a felony, and was sentenced to 18 months formal probation, 90/30 sanction units, complete 80 hours of community ser vice, other conditions, and pay $1,428 in fines, fees, and assessments. -Alex Cobarrubia- Espain, 24, was convicted of Criminal Driving While Suspended or Revoked, a HES students of the month announced Class B felony, and was sentenced to drivers license suspended for one year, 15 months of incarceration, two years post-prison su pervision, other conditions, and $ 1,073 in fines, fees and assessments. -M elody Linette Randall, 42, was convicted o f Furnishing Alcohol to Person under 21, a Class A misdemeanor, and was sen tenced to six months bench period probation, complete 50 hours o f com m unity service and other condi tions. Total fines, fees and assessments were $268. Benefit walk to be held in lone A benefit walk for Doernbechers Children’s Hospital at OHSU in Port land will be held on April 10 beginning at 2 p.m. in lone City Park, with regis tration at 1 p.m. Doembech- ers is run completely off donations and helps many children in the Northwest. OHSU provides services to many members of our com munities and by holding this walk the community can give back to OHSU. The average tem perature was 43.5 degrees which was 0.4 degrees be low normal. High Tempera tures averaged 53.1 degrees, which was 1.2 degrees be low normal. The highest was 64 degrees on the 10th. Low temperatures averaged 33.9 degrees, which was 0.3 degrees above normal. The lowest was 27 degrees, on the 17th. Austin Carter, a member of the lone Community 4-H Club, holds one of his show pigs for the Morrow County Fair. Austin, the son of Kim and Scott Carter, is a 6th grader at lone Com munity School. This is his second year in 4-H but the first in the pig business. In lieu of the traditional monthly club meeting, 4H leader, Erin Heideman, is visiting all group members and their projects. The lone Community 4-H Club is a joint effort between Glenda Taylor, Nancy Jepsen and Erin Heideman and includes all livestock, cooking and sewing. Greer was also arrested for Failure to Register as a Sex Of fender. Greer was cited for Possession of a Controlled Substance (less than one ounce of marijuana). Jan. 20: - MCSO was notified that a male subject, 42, was arrested by Hermiston Police De partment on a warrant for Possession of Methamphet- amine. - MCSO issued a citation to Joshua L. Normal highs for Heppner rise from 59.4 degrees at the start of April to 62.9 degrees at the end of April. Normal lows rise from 36.1 degrees to 38.3 degrees.
