Ends mayor's responsibility

city, including personnel
management, and transfers
that responsibility to the

clarified, and will require
a supermajority vote, i.e.,

plan information, the print­

non-profit agencies do incur
a labor charge for printing
services. The printing fund
ended with a $4,459 loss,
with $96,350 for in-district
revenue, $67,973 for out-

$183,500 in expenditures.
