A report was taken. -MCSO issued a citation to Patricia Ruby Pennington, 78, for Driving While Suspended Violation and Failure to Use Seat Belt. -MCSO arrested Susan Jean Schwabrow, 48, for Failure to Pay Fine, Driving While Suspended (x2). D e c e m b e r 2: -MCSO received a report of a robbery. The caller stated that a male had robbed her with a broken beer bottle. The suspect and money were located a short dis tance away. Dillion Joseph Dilley, 21, was arrested for Robbery I. -MCSO arrested Michael Dean Lynch, 52, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine on Possession of Less than One Ounce of Marijua na. Lynch was also cited for Driving While Suspended Violation. -M CSO arrested Deborah Lavonne Evans, 47, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine on Driving While Suspended. -MCSO was noti fied that Ishmael Garcia, 34, was arrested by Hermiston Police Department on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Possession o f Meth. -M CSO arrested Don Caraway Weems, 53, on a Morrow County Cir cuit Court warrant for Fail ure to Appear/Possession of Meth.
