N o v e m b e r 30: -M CSO received several reports o f non-injury motor vehicle accidents. -MCSO received a call from a deputy in Wyo ming who advised that they had a gun at a paw n shop in Casper. The deputy believed that the gun was stolen out of Morrow County in 1991 and needed verification. -M C SO issued a citation to William Wayne M cDowell, 56, for Open Alcohol Container. -M C SO issued a citation to Marcos Antonio Ibarra, 19, for Violation of the Speed Limit by driving 75 mph in a 65 mph zone, Driving While Suspended Violation, and Driving Un insured. -H eppner A m bu lance and Heppner Fire De partment received a report of a person injured from a pickup that had rolled over in the ditch. The patient was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital. -H eppner A m bu lance received a report of an elderly man that had fallen and been on the floor for two hours. His brother coul d not pick him up. Heppner EMS responded and transported the patient to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital.
