Calvillo was also issued citations for Switched Plates and Possession of a Controlled Substance Less Than One Ounce of Marijuana. -MCSO issued a citation to Carlos Antonio Ramirez, 19, for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Ramirez was also issued citations for MIP Alcohol by Consumption and Theft of Lost or Misplaced Prop erty. -BPD issued a cita tion to Daniel Ryan Hoof- nagle, 30, for Violating the Speed Limit by driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. -BPD issued a cita tion to a male subject for Violating the Speed Limit by driving 32 mph in a 20 mph zone. O c t o b e r 21: -MCSO arrested Alejandro Javier Nunez, 31, for Fail ure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended Misd. Nunez was also arrested for Driving While Suspended Misd. and Theft III. -MCSO was noti fied that Stanfield PD had arrested Jose Luis Lemus- Martinez, 28, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. October 22: -MCSO issued a citation to Juvenal Avila De La Paz, 52, for Driving Uninsured. -MCSO issued a citation to Tanna Marie Shelley, 24, for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device. -MCSO received a theft complaint. The caller stated that while she was away from her house two subjects stole cash, ste reo speakers and a CD changer. October 23: -MCSO received a report of a non-injury hit and run. The caller stated that a ve hicle hit her fence around 4 a.m. The vehicle drove off, leaving behind a license plate. MCSO responded. A stop sign and utility box were also damaged. -BPD received a 911 call requesting an am bulance for a 76 year old female who had possibly overdosed on medication. Boardman Ambulance and BPD responded and the patient was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. BPD arrested a 62 year old male subject on PC charges of DUII. October 25: -MCSO was notified that Joseph John Pelkey, 38, was arrested by Lane County Sheriff’ Office on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Suspended -MCSO issued a citation to Lynan Rae Bing ham, 23, for driving 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO served an Irrigon Justice Court arrest warrant to Victor Lande- ros Jr., 22, for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. The subject was already lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -BPD received a report from a caller stating that he returned home to see two subjects running from his house. His pickup was broken into. Michael Lee Wood, 40, was arrested for UEM V (x2), Criminal Tres passing II (x2), Criminal Mischief II (x3), Theft III, and Dis. Con. II. - FIVE Possession of Less Than One Ounce of Marijuana. -MCSO issued a citation to Steven Richard Bagley, 28, for Violation of the Basic Rule by Driving 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO was noti fied that Christopher Crad- er, 27, was arrested by Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. -MCSO arrested Jair DeJesus Carrillo Guar dado, 26, on a Umatilla County S heriff’s Office warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Failure to Perform Du ties of a Driver. The subject was also issued citations for driving 80 mph in a 55 mph zone, Driving While Suspended, and Possession of Less Than an Ounce of Marijuana. -MCSO issued a citation to a female subject for Driving Without an Op erator’s License. October 30: -MCSO was notified that Emmanuel Jonathan Mejia Cobain, 24, was arrested by Stanfield Police Depart ment on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. -BPD issued a cita tion to a male subject for No Operator’s License. -BPD issued a cita tion to Juan Madrigal, 43, for DUII. October 3 1: -MCSO arrested Jymme Suzanne Franzwa, 43, for DUII (BAC .20). -MCSO received a report of an unknown male subject taking pictures of kids in Irrigon.
