OSP was advised. -MCSO deputy ad vised he was at the OHV P ark o u ts id e H e p p n e r speaking to a subject whose friends were out hunting and had not returned to cam p, but their van was gone. -M CSO received report o f an employee who w as a s s a u lte d . M C SO arrested Judith C arolyn Montesano, 60, for Harass ment. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $3,000 bail. -M C SO received num erous 911 calls con c e rn in g a sire n and an evacuation notice from the chemical depot. It was a false alarm. -M CSO received report o f a white pit bull at an Irrigon residence with no collar and no chip. The rep o rter needed the dog picked up or she said she would be evicted from her residence. The dog was transported to the Pet Res cue. -M CSO received report o f a black and white B ritta n y -L le w e lle n dog missing in Heppner. -M CSO received request for deputy co n tact from Lexington City Council members who were having problems with citi zens disrupting city council m eetin g s and a c co stin g council members. -M CSO received report o f a load of garbage lost on Hwy. 74, Heppner. It was not a traffic hazard, but it was a big mess. The vehicle pulled into the Boardman Chev ron. BPD stopped the ve hicle at the east-bound ramp to 1-84 and d eterm in ed that the driver was not in toxicated, but was having vehicle troubles and family troubles. She was warned for failure to signal turn and family members were contacted to pick her up. Nov. 13: -MCSO was notified that Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office had arrested Shannandoah J. Gasper, 31, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Possession o f a Controlled Substance (Less than one ounce o f marijuana). -M C SO a rre ste d Jose Joel Ramirez, Jr., 33, for F ailure to Pay Fine for the original charge of Driving While Suspended/ Reckless Driving. Nov. 14: -M CSO issued a citation to Juan Ga briel Martinez Montes, 35, for Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance and Dangerous Left Turn. -M C SO issued a citation to a male subject for Violation o f the Basic Rule by going 63 mph in a 45 mph zone. -M C SO a rre ste d Shereen Renee Rolen, 25, on a D eschutes C ounty Circuit Court warrant. -M C SO issued a citation to a male juvenile subject for going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. - I r r ig o n A m b u lance received a report o f a male subject who fell while trying to get out o f a chair. The subject believed that his arm was broken and thought that his oxygen was off. The subject was trans ported to Good Shepherd Hospital Irrigon Ambulance received a report from a subject who stated that a v ehicle had passed him and then rolled over. The person in the vehicle did not appear to be trapped but blood was coming from his mouth. The injured subject was conscious and breath ing but could not talk. The subject was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. Boardman Fire Department, Morrow County Sheriff’s O ffice, and Irrigon Fire Department assisted. N o v e m b e r 15: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jason Allen X X Boyd, 34, for Driving While Suspended-m isdem eanor. He was released to appear. -M C SO received report that Hermiston Po lice D epartm ent arrested Pedro Javier Bustamante, 27, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear/ Driving While Suspended. He was released to appear with $903 bail. -MCSO deputy re ported he was on a field in te rv ie w in B oardm an with a male subject in his vehicle with no lights on. The subject was sitting in his car thinking due to mari tal issues. It was a verbal disagreement only. -M C S O d e p u ty made contact with a dis abled vehicle in Boardman. The subjects had a flat on their trailer and were get ting it repaired. -M C SO received report from a Boardm an subject that a male subject told her that he would give her a $200 gift card from Wal-Mart, but she had to give him a dollar on a credit card. She said he called her the previous night. -MCSO cited Nar ad Prasad Ghim erey, 30, for Failure to Maintain Safe D istance from an Em er gency Vehicle. -M C S O d e p u ty made contact with a dis abled vehicle. The vehicle had a dead battery. -M C SO received a call from a female caller who said “hi” to dispatch several tim es. W hen the subject was asked if she had an emergency she advised she was looking for her daughter. Dispatch asked her w here her d au g h ter lived and she replied “Tim buktu and Kalamazoo.” The dispatch asked the female’s address and she advised she must have the wrong num ber, said goodbye and then hung up. MCSO responded and determined the female had dialed the wrong num ber, was trying to call her daughter and thought her daughter was playing a joke on her. -M C SO a rre ste d a male subject on a Uma tilla County Circuit Court w arran t for a p robation violation. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $100,000 bail. -MCSO deputy ad vised he assisted a male subject in lone with a pro pane heater at his home. -M CSO received report o f a motor vehicle accident from a subject who said her husband hit a solid black truck jackknifed in X X X X X X X X X X X X X the middle o f the road on Hwy. 207-Spray w ith no flare to alert drivers. The call came through at 11:29 p.m. -Boardman Police Department received report from a subject who said her aunt was having a hard time and w as depressed. She requested an am bulance. An officer and Boardman Ambulance responded. -H eppner A m bu lance transported a subject to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital. N o v e m b e r 18: M orrow County Sheriff’s O ffice re c e iv e d req u e st for extra patrol for driv ers speeding up and down the hill on Barratt Blvd./ Fairview Way in Heppner. -M C SO received report of bad checks from the Morrow County Road Department in Lexington. -MCSO deputy re ported he was out with a male subject who may be a subject the B oardm an Police Department is look ing for. It was not the same subject. -M C SO receiv ed a request from parole and probation to locate a subject in Irrigon. -M C SO a rre s te d Toby Dale Rodriguez, 38, for Driving While Suspend ed-misdemeanor and a pa role and probation warrant. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail and his truck impounded. -MCSO deputy re ceived a request to respond to the DA’s office. -MCSO deputy re ported he located a male su b je c t in H eppner and had him call his probation officer. -M C SO receiv ed report from a female subject in Heppner that her vehicle was broken into and pack ages stolen. -M C S O d e p u ty made contact with a subject and advised him to call his probation officer. -M CSO received request for extra patrol for an Irrigon residence that had been posted and the locks had been changed. No one was to be allowed on the property. -M CSO received report o f a dead deer on Homestead Lane in Board- man. OSP was advised. The caller also reported the theft o f a fire extinguisher from a pump station and brass ball valves missing. -M C S O d e p u ty w as flagged dow n by a subject who advised that he lost his wallet with around $60 in it in Irrigon. -M C SO received report from a female subject in Heppner that she could smell m arijuana from the apartment next door. It was unfounded. -M C SO received report o f a black lab found on Black M ountain Lane, Heppner. -M C SO received report of a neighbor of a sub ject who was in the hospital that someone was walking around his residence. It was the caretaker. -Boardman Police Department received report from a Boardman subject that their son was missing. They reported that the son, who had been depressed, drinking heavily and talk ing about suicide, went to a movie in Hermiston the previous Saturday and had not been heard from since. -B o a rd m a n F ire D epartm ent received re port o f som eone burning in the area. The caller said the smoke smell was very strong and she wanted it put out due to her husband’s health problem s. A BFD member checked the area, was unable to find any one burning and reported that the smoke was going away. -B F D r e c e iv e d another report o f a large am ount o f sm oke in the Boardman area. The caller was advised that ODOT had been burning and the smoke was hanging in the area. -BFD received re port o f a fire on the shoul der o f 1-84 Boardman with flames. BFD was unable to locate any fire, but ODOT was burning piles o f sage brush in the area. N o v e m b e r 19: M orrow County Sheriff’s Office received report that all o f Morrow County lost electricity. -M C S O d e p u ty reported he was out on a follow up regarding NSF checks. -MCSO deputy re ported he was at a presenta tion at lone Schools. -M C S O d e p u ty reported he was out with a vehicle with a flat tire. Help was on the scene and the subjects were getting another tire. -M CSO received report o f cows out on Ne vada St. in Irrigon. -M CSO received report o f kids at the skate park in Irrigon who moved a picnic table to use as a jump. -M C SO received report o f a baseball field controlled bum with main tenance men burning weeds with a torch in Heppner. -M CSO received report o f a subject parking a vehicle for sale in a public way in Irrigon. The owner said he would remove the car. -M CSO received report from a woman that he husband got out of their v ehicle to co nfront tw o males he thought were hurt ing a female in Irrigon. The reporter said that her hus band and a male juvenile w ere fighting. D eputies responded. -M CSO received an inquiry about a semi that was towed in Irrigon. The ow ner wanted to get the semi out o f impound. -M C SO received report o f a subject harassed at the skate park in Irri gon. -M C SO received report o f a lot o f smoke in Irrigon. It was possibly a controlled bum. -M CSO received request for an agency assist for the planning department for a subject who was sup posed to remove debris. -M C SO received report o f a combine off the road in lone that appeared that it had wrecked. The owner was contracted and advised it was in Gilliam County and it was parked in a private driveway. -MCSO deputy re ported he was out with a possible disabled vehicle. T he ow ner said he was ju st checking the vehicle as it had been overheating lately. -MCSO deputy re ported he made contact with a suspicious vehicle whose occupants were attempting to sell products. The sub jects were legitimate. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon sta tion o f a drive off. The wom an was supposed to come back and pay and had not. A deputy responded to her residence. -MCSO cited Jose Francisco R odriguez C a macho, 42, for Passing in a No-Passing Zone. -MCSO cited Ran dy Lee Ramsey, 30, for Vio lation of the Basic Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO cited Pat rick Gregory Struthers, 43, for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. -MCSO deputy re ported he spoke with sev eral juveniles and parents in Boardman to advise them that playing a game in the road was not a good idea. -M C SO received report o f four kids in Ir rigon hitting another kid on the ground. A detective responded and determined it was kids practicing their wrestling moves. -M C SO received report o f an alarm in Hep pner. It was unfounded. -MCSO deputy re p o rted he m ade co n tact with two male juveniles in Heppner and warned them for riding their bikes after dark with no lights. -M C SO sergeant reported he was out with a disabled vehicle in Board- man. -M C SO received report from a Heppner man that he had received two th re a te n in g phone calls within the last five minutes with the caller threatening to injure or kill them. The caller ID showed a private number. -MCSO deputy re ported he clocked a driver at 82 m ph on Hwy. 74, Lexington. MCSO cited a 17-year-old driver. -B o a rd m a n P o lice D epartm ent reported they ch eck ed a v e h ic le on B oardm an Ave. The subjects advised they were resting as they were driv ing from Iowa en route to Eugene.
