Susan lives in Payette, ID with her husband Tom and Gwen lives in Forest Grove. All o f you have a deep imprint in my heart and mind. I m ust also include Heppner's location as an important part of the broad field of my memory. The town is located where the w ater sheds o f H inton Creek, Balm Fork, Shobe and Fuller Canyons join the Willow Creek system to form the greater Willow Creek Valley. The eternal and majestic hills cannot be denied entities whose presence are in subtle and not so subtle ways influencing all of us with both awe and fear. All of us "look to the hills" and ultimately realize our help is from beyond the hills; from "God, creator of heaven and earth".
