Neither MCSO nor OSP had units in the area. -MCSO received request for an agency assist in Boardman. -MCSO received report that a subject left the fair in Heppner heavily intoxicated. -M CSO received report that a male driver with a female passenger were driving out on the refuge in Irrigon, tearing up the parking lot. When the reporter tried to make contact, they sped off and threw gravel all over him. He requested deputy con tact. -M CSO received report o f a female and male fighting in Lexington and the male hitting the female with something that looked like a whip. The reporter advised that her husband was going dow n to see what was going on. The male left in a white vehicle heading toward Hermiston on Hwy. 207. The female was going to the caller’s house w ith the c a lle r ’s husband. -M CSO received request for a welfare check for an lone man who is completely “non-mobile.” -M CSO received request for deputy con tact concerning possible fraudulent mail. -M C SO , B oard- man Police D epartm ent received report that a male subject who didn’t want to fight was being forced to fight by another male in Boardman. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO arrested D aym a L o u is e C a n tu , 19, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Reckless Driving. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. -Boardman Police rec e iv e d rep o rt from a Spanish speaker that he was stranded in Boardman. He said he was offered a job there, but when he arrived, they told him that his d riv e r's license was suspended and they could not hire him. He was tres passed from an apartment complex. -BPD cited Freddy G uizar D elapaz, 18, for V iolation o f the Speed Limit, 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD received re port o f a white commercial van with orange triangles parked across from apart ments in Boardman in vio lation o f city ordinance. The caller wanted an offi cer to attempt contact with the owner/driver and have them move it. -BPD cited Hondo Tuckashee LeBlanc, 32, for No Operator’s License. -BPD officer re ported he was out with a citizen with a complaint. It was determined to be a civil matter. -BPD received re port that two m ales that live in the caller’s apart m ent com plex w ere ha rassing them and calling them nam es. The caller requested contact. -B P D r e c e iv e d report o f a vehicle at the library w ith its hood up. An officer advised they were having someone come to help. -Irrig o n A m b u lance received report o f an 11-year-old boy who had fallen o ff his bike and broke some teeth. The caller w as unsure if he had hit the back o f his head. She said the father came on the scene and said the boy was up and walking around and fine and didn’t need an ambulance. -Irrig o n A m b u lance received report o f a female having chest pains and difficulty breathing. -lone Fire Depart ment received report o f a tractor on fire about a mile from the caller’s residence. She said the tractor was next to a dry field and the closest structure is around a quarter mile away. lone Fire Department and lone Ambulance responded and put the fire out. Boardman Ambu lance reported they were at the fairgrounds for standby during rodeo. August 10: Mor row County Sheriff's Of fice received report of an audible alarm in Heppner. -MCSO cited Jar ed Douglas Barak, 22, for driving 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received report from an lone subject that someone had run over part o f their grain auger and did damage. -MCSO received report o f magpies that had died in a field in Boardman for no apparent reason. C aller was concerned it may have been the West Nile Virus. Dispatch con tacted the M .C. H ealth D epartm ent and advised them. -MCSO received report o f one o f the Hep pner High School signs sto len, possibly the previous week. A deputy responded and took a theft report. -M CSO received request from a M cM in n v ille flig h t se rv ic e to check the Lexington Air port for a plane that was going from southern Idaho to western Washington and had not arrived. A deputy checked, but was unable to locate the plane. -M CSO received request for tw o bicycle helmets one for a six-year- old boy and one for a nine- year-old boy. The helmets were delivered. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n w om an that the people who live behind her had been gone six the previous Thursday and there was a small puppy in the yard without food or water. -MCSO received report of a vehicle that was parked illegally at the skate park in Irrigon. -MCSO deputy re ported he was out at a fruit stand in Irrigon regarding encroachment o f right of way. -M CSO received report from the Boardman Fire Chief of tire debris all over the road on 1-84. -MCSO cited R ig o b erto A vila De La Paz, 41, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received report of people still speed ing in Lexington w here the < speed trailer is. The sheriff wanted extra patrol in the area and deputies to spend time in Lexington. -MCSO deputy re ported he was out setting an animal trap in Lexington. -M CSO received report of a sign gone from the intersection at Eighth Rd./Columbia Lane in Ir rigon. -M CSO received report from an lone subject that the people w ho moved out of his house stole some o f his b e lo n g in g s. The caller wanted to speak to a deputy about his options. -M CSO received request for a deputy to check on the caller’s care takers in lone. All o f the c a lle r ’s c a re ta k e rs had moved and he didn’t want m e d ic a l a tte n tio n , but wanted someone to talk to him. The subject’s daugh- ter-in-law called back and said she had heard the con versation and advised she would be at the residence until Wednesday, then her husband would be there for the rest of the week and then a grandson would be there next week. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon man that the ambulance was at his residence earlier and moved his wheelchair too far aw ay and he could not get it. He requested a deputy to assist. -Boardman Police Department officer report ed he was at the Boardman Bank o f Eastern Oregon to remove a snake. The officer transported the snake else where and released it. -Irrigon Fire De partment received report of a large amount o f smoke in the area o f east Hwy. 730. The Irrigon Fire Depart ment Fire Chief responded and determ ined to be a vehicle with a smoky ex haust. -Irrig o n A m b u lance received report o f a 79-year-old with breathing problems. -H eppner A m bu lance tran sp o rted a 15- year-old for an allergic reaction to a bee sting and no “epi pen” was available.
