The reporter said that there were two women in the car and the passenger was intoxicated or high. -MCSO received report from a H eppner subject that a male had put a female’s hand through a fan. A deputy responded and determined that the female was intoxicated, broke a jewelry box and then threw the fan. The female asked the male to leave and he did so. The parties were separated. -MCSO received report of a male subject yelling on Riverside Ave. in Heppner. A deputy re sponded and did not see any windows down. -Boardman Police Department received re port that an 88-year-old man fell and the caller was unable to get him back up. There were no apparent injuries. -BPD received re port from a male subject that his five and six-year- old kids are not being al lowed to leave the house with him and he has cus tody. He said there were approximately 20 people at the residence and there was yelling and screaming in the background. -B PD re c e iv e d report that two females showed up at a residence and were in a verbal dis pute with her friend/neigh- bor. Two women were trespassed with the loca tion and were advised that if they returned they would be charged with criminal trespass. August 4: Morrow County Sheriff’s deputy re ported that he was out with a large ground of males in Boardman. -MCSO received report of a kitten with an injured back leg dangling, possibly shattered at the hip. It was determ ined that the kitten was bleed ing internally and was put down. -MCSO received report from a female in lone that a family of skunks was living in a neighbor’s old garage. The subject was given trapper information. -MCSO received report from the Neighbor hood Center in Heppner that a subject came in and made the caller feel very uneasy. The reporter asked to speak to a deputy. She then called back to advise that the subject returned and was very belligerent. He was asked to leave. Charles David Wright, 40, was trespassed from the Neighborhood Center. -MCSO received report from the city crew that kids had been warned about throwing rocks at city signs, but were still doing so. A deputy spoke to a juvenile’s father. -MCSO received request for a house check in Irrigon. -M CSO, Board- man Police Department, Boardman Ambulance re ceived relayed information from ATT that a six-year- old male could not wake his sister in Boardman. It was a false alarm. I -MCSO received report of a green pickup parked at a location in Hep pner for a few days and it is in a bad spot with all the construction going on. -MCSO cited Jose Antonio Lemus, 20, for Vi olation of the Basic Rule, 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a request for a house check in Irrigon. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon fe male that she was being harassed. Both parties were warned not to contact each other. -MCSO received report of a minor motor ve hicle accident in Heppner. The reporter said that the driver of the second vehicle was backing up and hit the reporter’s rear view mirror and knocked it off. -MCSO received report of an unwanted sub je ct in Boardm an. The person finally left. -M CSO, Irrigon Fire Department, Board- man Fire Department re ceived report from the De pot that a fire had jumped the perimeter and was now in the Irrigon Fire District. The caller requested crowd control. -MCSO received report of juveniles going through the garbage at the Heppner city yard on Riv erside. The juveniles were warned not to play in the recycle bins. -MCSO received report from and Irrigon woman that a subject threw something at her and her dogs and was cussing. A deputy made contact with the caller, but was unable to locate the suspects. -MCSO received report from a deputy that someone had called her at her residence that kids were riding a garbage can at the Irrigon Skate Park. She also received report of multiple fires in Irri gon, lone, Lexington and Heppner. A deputy was unavailable. -MCSO received information of drug activ ity. -MCSO received report from a H eppner subject that her husband was overdue from a trip. She called back to say that he had returned. -MCSO, BPD re ceived report of a male and two females fighting. Of ficer was unable to locate anyone fighting. -Boardman Police Department officer report ed that he was out with a male on a park bench. -BPD officer re ported he was with a large group of males. -BPD officer re ceived a 911 call from a cell phone. The subject advised that it was his first cell phone and the phone told him to call 911. He advised his parents were him and he was fine and didn’t need help. -BPD sergeant re ceived report of damage to a rental property. -BPD cited Yajaira Lizet Cambero Boos, 22, for Violation of the Speed Limit, driving 54 mph in a 35 mph zone. -lone Fire Depart ment received report of a fire behind the reporter’s residence. -Lexington Fire Department, Heppner Fire Department received re port of a plume of smoke on the Lexington end of Clarks Canyon. -Irrigon Fire De partment received a fire call. August 6: Morrow County Sheriff's Office re ceived report of a possible prowler outside a trailer in Irrigon. The caller said she saw faces in the window. A deputy w as unable to locate anyone outside. -M CSO deputy advised he was out with a male and a female who were having a dispute about some possessions. A deputy advised he at tempted contact, but no one would answer the door and the dispute was a civil matter. -MCSO received request from a UPS em ployee for a deputy con cerning possible fraud. They said they delivered a package and the subject at first gave them an unsigned check and then when they went back to get a money order, it wasn’t where she said it would be. The caller said it had been an ongoing problem since April and would like contact to find out her options. -MCSO received request from an lone sub ject for deputy contact re garding a fraudulent call. -MCSO received report from a H eppner subject who had traveled to Mt. Vemon the previous week and believed he saw his stolen tractor. The sher iff will put the pictures on a disk with a letter providing info to contact the possible victim for confirmation. -MCSO received request for a house check in Heppner. -MCSO received report o f a Geo M etro traveling from Heppner to ward Lexington all over the road. No deputies were in position and no OSP troop ers were in position. -MCSO received report o f a non-injury hit and run, Hwy. 74, Lena, Heppner. There was no information about the sus pect’s vehicle, but there appeared to be a ball hitch mark on the vehicle. -MCSO received report from a female that she used the restroom at the H eppner City Park and could not get out. She advised it took her about 15 minutes to get out. The City o f Heppner Public Works was advised. -MCSO received report o f a male with a long beard walking north at Cutsforth Corner. The reporter asked that the sub ject be checked out. -M C S O c i te d Zachary Floyd Harris, 20, for Driving While Sus pended-violation. -MCSO received report from an lone subject that while driving up Hep pner Hill, a white pickup driven by a male forced them o ff the road. The caller said they drove back into town to get the plate. -MCSO received report o f a brindle dog, possibly part pit bull, found near Rhea Creek Rd., lone. The dog had what looked like road rash and possibly fell out of a pickup. -MCSO received report from a subject who said while her granddaugh ter was working at the lone Market, an adult Hispanic man came in and asked a lot of questions about her age and where she lived. The caller said that later, while the granddaughter was babysitting, the man showed up at the residence, parked outside the house and watched it.
