It was a newspaper delivery vehicle. -MCSO received report of a shop vac in the middle of the road on Hwy. 206, Heppner. -MCSO received rep o rt o f a dog in d is tress because o f the heat in Heppner. It turned out the dog was fine; it was wet from swimming in the reservoir. -M CSO received report from a subject on Elk Trail Lane, Heppner, that he witnessed his neigh bor scaring another per son's cattle and running the cattle through his fences. -M CSO received report of a subject’s horses out. The subject had died earlier and the horses be longed to som eone else. The horse was determined to be in good shape, just old. -M CSO received rep o rt from a H eppner subject that a kitten and money from a change jar were taken, the living room “thrashed” and kitchen tom up. A subject advised he saw another subject walk ing down the street with the kitten. -M CSO received report o f fire-sm oke and flam es in B oardm an. It was unknown if it was a structure or field fire. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that a male subject accused her daughter o f speeding. She said the male subject was on her prop erty and wouldn’t leave. A deputy made contact with the reporter. -M CSO received report o f a missing Dachs hund nam ed O tis in Ir rigon. -M CSO received re p o rt th a t C la c k a m a s C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice a rre ste d D o u g las Evan Kauffm an, 45, on an Ir rigon Justice Court w ar ran t for D riving W hile Suspended-misdemeanor. He was lodged at Clacka mas County Jail. -MCSO cited a 17- year-old juvenile for Viola tion of Restricted License. -Boardman Police Department received report o f suspicious circumstanc es with a white Durango hanging around looking at ash trays on Marine Drive in Boardman. The manager didn’t want him hanging around. An officer made contact and the subject was trespassed from the location. -BPD received re quest for an officer to do a welfare check at a loca tion. -BPD received re port o f criminal mischief. -BPD received re port from a subject who works for the Department o f Human Resources that a subject came to her res idence and co m p lain ed about a case. -BPD received re port of two missing juve niles. The juveniles were located in Washington. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardman subject that someone called his phone and he d id n ’t answer, then he heard a loud banging outside his residence near the garage and believed someone was trying to break in. -Boardman Ambu lance received report that a female was having trouble breathing. She had been painting at work and there were possible issues with the heat. She was trans ported to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston. -H eppner A m bu lance, Lexington A m bu lance received report from a Lexington wom an that her m other w as having trouble breathing, was diz zy and was having trouble lifting her left leg. She was alert and responsive. She was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital. -H eppner A m bu lance reported they made an EMS transport to Ka dlec Medical Center. -Heppner Fire De partm ent received report o f a vehicle fire at the fair grounds with no structures threatened. July 30: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report o f a pos sible MIP party on County Line Road, Irrigon, and the reporter had two subjects who were intoxicated on River Road. All vehicles had designated drivers and no citations were issued. -M CSO received report of a vehicle on 1-84 driving around 85 mph and swerving all over the road, possibly DUII or a sleepy driver. -M C S O d e p u ty reported he was at Irrigon I High School checking the dog trap and it was empty. -M CSO received a complaint about a vacant lot across from the sub jec t’s address. -M CSO received request for a boat inspec tion at a residence in Hep pner. -M CSO received report that a truck and U- Haul trailer were stuck in the median on 1-84, Board- man, and partially blocking the fast lane. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon farm that they w ere b urning garlic circles south o f Hwy 730. -MCSO deputy re ported that he pulled over two vehicles at the same time and both were warned for speed. -M CSO received report from an lone man that titles to his vehicles have come up missing and his g ran d d au g h ter gave away a $5,000 irrigation pump. The reporter said he tried to talk to his grand daughter, but she wouldn’t talk to him or come to the residence. -M CSO received report o f people removing cars from a field across from the rep o rter’s resi dence in Irrigon. She was advised that the property was being cleaned up and the code deputy advised her to stay off the property. She asked it the subjects in volved were removing the cars or stealing them. -M CSO received report o f two aggressive dogs, a Rotweiller and a pit bull, running in Irrigon. -M CSO received report of an adult resident missing in Boardman. The subject was reported to be new to the area and walked o ff. -Boardman Police Department officer advised a subject that he was not supposed to be at the sail board beach. -BPD received a report of neglect in Board- man. -BPD received re port o f a highly intoxicated subject walking down Main Street in Boardman. July 31: Morrow County S h eriff’s Office, Boardman Police Depart m ent received report o f a non-injury accident in Boardman. The caller said that his m other ran o ff the road and the vehicle was stuck in a fence. Mar celina Garcia de Mendoza, 51, was cited for Careless Driving. -MCSO cited Elizabeth K. Shorter, 24, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 85 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO cited Mel vin Donald Canaday, 78, for VBR, 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO cited Joe C adenas Carlos, 48, for Driving While Suspended- violation. -MCSO cited Lau ra Maybell Kingsley, 52, for VBR, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO reported that he was out at lone City Hall. -MCSO deputy re ported he was at the Irrigon Marina. -M CSO received report that a non-injury rollover occurred on Hwy. 74 between Lexington and Heppner. -M CSO cited Z achariah Joseph W eb ster, 28, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 88 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M CSO received report from a caller in Ir rigon that a male subject, who is wanted by MCSO, w as aro u n d her house. MCSO was unable to lo cate the subject. -M CSO received rep o rt from the city o f Heppner o f kids throwing rocks at the flood sign at the mini park in H epp ner. There was no damage done, but reporter would like it stopped. -M CSO received report from the Umatilla P olice D epartm ent that a subject in a red Nissan pickup took off from a fight at apartments in Umatilla and was last seen headed west-bound on Hwy. 730. -M CSO received report from the sheriff that water from an irrigation circle was getting out on Idaho St. in Irrigon. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that someone took his debit card num bers and was using them on Bliz- zard.com. The debit card was cancelled but the re porter needed to notify law enforcement. -M CSO received report that som eone re moved the “no alcohol in the city park” sign. -MCSO deputy made traffic stop for trans porting too many people in a vehicle to the camp grounds in Boardman. -M CSO received report of a trespass in prog ress in Boardman with sub jects swimming and jum p ing off the dock. They were warned for trespassing. -M CSO received report that a subject as saulted his sister in Irrigon. The sister took off toward McNary for safety. MCSO arrested Leon Glenn Wag oner, 43, for Harassment. He was also arrested for two Umatilla County war rants and one Hermiston warrant. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $33,000 bail. -MCSO received report o f a gray Chevy pickup racing up and down Kunze Rd. A deputy was unable to locate anything. -MCSO received report o f a drunk driver on 1-84, Boardman. -MCSO received report that a seven-year-old went out the window after his dad picked him up in Heppner. -Boardman Police D epartm ent received re p ort from a B oardm an subject that her neighbor’s son, who had mental health issues, was at her house that morning and she has concerns about him com ing back to the house. She said the last time he came to her house and she called his parents, he killed his dog. -BPD arrested Manuel Flores, III, on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Criminal Trespass I. -BPD told a sub je c t that no “yard sale” signs were to be posted on CSEPP or state signs. - BP D wa r n e d a subject not to hitchhike in Boardman. -BPD officer re ported he was transporting a dog that appeared to have fallen out of the back o f a pickup to the Hermiston vet clinic. -Heppner Fire De partment, Heppner Ambu lance received report of a single-vehicle rollover with unknown injuries. EMS and MCSO responded and one patient w as transported to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital in Heppner. August 1 : Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report from an Ir rigon subject that a female was sending naked pictures o f herself to him. He said he was talking online to his cousin and the woman kept interrupting to send the photos o f herself. -M C SO , Board- man Police D epartm ent, Boardman Ambulance re ceived a 911 call from a distressed male in Board- man. Another male advised that they were fighting. I
