the month.

received report from an
lrrigon man that he was
selling an item on Craig’s
List and the subject sent
him a $ 10,000 check which
turned out to be fraudu­
lent.
-MCSO completed
a welfare check on a possi­
ble juvenile one mile west
o f Patterson Ferry w alking
eastbound with a ball cap
pulled over her face and
face diverted, appearing
to not wanting to be seen.
It turned out to be a female
in her 30s who did not need
anything and did not want
help or contact.

report from an lrrigon sub­
ject who said his daughter
had a phone on his ac­
count and she was receiv­
ing voice mails that he did
not approve of. He said
the company refunded the
money and he had a copy
o f the letter confirming the
amount refunded.

request for a deputy from
a Heppner subject to speak
to juveniles about w ear­
ing helm ets when riding
bicycles.

Heppner for a subject just
released from a m ental
health facility. The subject

and a southern accent and

equipment.

report of a subject in the
Blakes Ranch area who the
caller says “drives intoxi­
cated all the time”.

with both the back yard
and front yard filled with
garbage and the garbage
is blowing into the neigh­
bor’s yard.

with a canopy was driv­
ing around Heppner really
fast and the subjects in
the vehicle were throwing
firecrackers out the w in­
dow. The reporter said the
subjects tried to get two
little boys to come up to the
vehicle. A 15-year old was
cited for Illegal Possession
and Use of Fireworks and
Throw ing Away Lighted

Reed, 18, was arrested on
probable cause charges of
Illegal Possession and Use
o f Fireworks and Throwing
Away Lighted Material. He
was released on his own
recognizance with $3,500
bail.

a stroke in Heppner. The
subject was transported.

lance received report from
a man that his wife was diz­
zy. He said she was mildly
diabetic, had migraines and
was on m edication. The
patient refused transport.
July 9: M orrow
County S h e riff’s Office
re c e iv e d rep o rt from a
deputy o f suspicious cir­
cumstances at building on
Main Street in lrrigon with
an open door. The building
was secure and there was
no forced entry. Public
w orks was advised and
they requested the deputy
to shut the door and they
would check on it in the
morning.

report the Umatilla County
S heriff’s Office arrested
K elly M. Rosas, 31, on
an lrrigon Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Ap­
pear. He w as lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
$6,000 bail. The subject
was also lodged on a Uma­
tilla County Sheriff’s Of­
fice warrant.

report of a semi truck con­
stantly parking on Utah
Street in lrrigon running all
night, but a city ordinance
states there is to be no semi
parking on city streets. A
deputy responded and was
unable to locate anything.

report of a hold up alarm
at the Bank o f Eastern Or­
egon in Heppner. It was a
false alarm.
-MCSO received
request for a drug dog for
a trooper on a traffic stop.
The canine was cancelled.

report of a suspicious male
on property in Boardman.
The subject asked for a ride
and was talking to himself.
A female was also seen.

shooting guns toward her
livestock. The sheriff and
under sheriff spoke to the
subjects.

report o f a car pulling into
the W illow C reek Dam
park and two people went
through the gate, with one
up on the dam. A deputy
was unable to locate any­
one.
-MCSO received
report of a possible drunk
driver on Flwy. 730. The
vehicle was found in its
driveway.
-Boardman Police
Department made contact
with a vehicle that had its
doors open. The ow ner
advised that someone from
his company got something
out o f it and forgot to close
it up.
-BPD received re­
port of someone camping
on the access road. The
campers were advised that
the area was not designated
for overnight camping.

He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $7,500
bail. BPD arrested M i­
chelle L. Cowan, 29, for
DUII. She was lodged at
UCJ with $12,000 bail.
-BPD officer re­
ported a male subject yell­
ing at the p olice. S ub­
ject was advised that if he
didn’t really want to talk
to the police, he shouldn’t
have yelled at them.

D epartm ent received re­
port o f a fire. It was a false
alarm.
-Boardman Ambu­
lance received report o f a
male with chest pains. He
was transported to Good
Shepherd Hospital.
