Robinson is the brother o f First Lady Michelle Obama. The certificate was requested from Robinson by John E dm undson o f Heppner, who works on the annual MS Walk. A deputy was unable to locate anything. -M C SO received report that H illsboro Po lice D epartm ent arrested Patrick Charles Donahue, 45, on a Hillsboro Police Department for Failure to Appear/Unauthorized Use o f a Vehicle and DUII. He was lodged at Washington County Jail with $20,000 bail. -M C S O , B oard- m an P olice D epartm ent received report o f an au dible alarm at the Riverside High School computer lab. MCSO and Boardman Po lice Department responded. It was determined to be an ESD employee who set the alarm off. -M CSO received report from the m anager of a mobile home park that she had heard that a small child in the park was taken by some teenage boys. She said she heard that the boys were arrested, but wondered why she was not contacted. MCSO had no record o f such an incident. -M C SO received request for cover from the U m atilla Police D epart ment concerning a woman in Umatilla who said she and her boyfriend had been fighting. The call was can celled w hile M CSO was en route. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that her neighbor w as yelling at her regarding her dog. -MCSO cited Apo linar Munoz Gutierrez, 33, for Driving While Suspend ed-violation. -M C SO received report from a deputy who was out with a suspicious vehicle. It turned out that the subject was taking pic tures of the sunset. -M CSO received request for cover from the U m atilla P olice D ep art ment that six males were threatening to fight with a gun possibly involved. -Boardman Police Department received report that a male subject was be ing disruptive. The subject was just out o f his medica tion and was trying to get a refill. -B o a rd m a n F ire Dept, received report o f a subject burning, but not tending the fire and the fire was creeping through the underbrush. The subject was spoken to. June 26: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report of a drunken subject. -M C SO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman who said she had received a call from her daughter who was stay ing with her father who w as highly in to x icated , screaming and being bel ligerent. Several deputies responded. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub jec t who said a dog had gotten into her yard and dug a hole. -M CSO received re p o rt from a H eppner wom an that her brother- in-law , who is on blood pressure m edication, was so dizzy that he could not stand up. -M CSO received report from a Boardm an subject that he had another subject trespassed from his property and he would like to take the trespass off. -M CSO received report o f approximately 20 goats in the road on Tom’s Cam p and Wilson Rd. in Boardman. -MCSO, Boardman Police Department, Board- man Am bulance received report o f an elderly female who was very confused in Boardman. She was trans ported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -M C SO received report o f vandalism at the Irrigon Marina Park. -M C SO received the report o f m ales, one w ith a long scar on his face, checking around the vehicles on R iverside in Heppner. -M CSO received report o f a white low-rider with tinted windows that almost hit the reporter head on. -M C SO a rre ste d Robert Jam es G ates, 51, on two counts o f Menacing and Assault IV-Domestic Violence. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $24,000 bail. -Boardman Police Department received a re port of suspicious items left at a bench in Boardman. The bag contained a pair of jeans, shirts, a pair of sweat pants and a set o f keys. -BPD received re port from a w om an that she had swerved to miss a cat and hit the w alking path fence on Wilson/Anderson roads. -BPD received re port from a Boardman sub ject that her 14 and 16-year- olds were fighting. She said she would like an officer to respond as they have been getting physical. -BPD officer re ported he w as out w ith renters to advise them to cut their weeds. -BPD received re quest for an officer concern ing drug activity. Officer was unable to locate any vehicle in the area. -BPD received re port of a lot of noise from a residence. -H eppner A m bu lance received report o f a subject with diabetic prob lems past Cutsforth Park. June 27: M CSO received report that a ju venile m ale was driving around town in Heppner in a red Ford pickup w ith a canopy confronting females and making rude comments to them. -MCSO, Boardman Police Department received report of a domestic dispute between a male and female that had gotten physical in Irrigon. MCSO and OSP assisted, but the call was unfounded. -MCSO received a request for extra patrol at Threem ile Rd. in Board- man for activities that the caller said needed to be monitored. -M CSO received report that Jill Renee Chris tian, 41, was arrested by Cottage Grove Police De partm ent on and Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Negoti- ating a Bad Check.
