FOUR - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Sheriff’s Report Ju n e 15: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report o f lights, possibly flashlights at the hrigon Marina. The deputy was unable to locate any lights. -M C SO received report o f a prow ler on the property at an Irrigon resi dence. A deputy responded and reported it was a cell phone that was left behind by the caller’s granddaugh ter’s boyfriend. -MCSO. Heppner Fire Department received report o f a large propane leak at the Northw estern M o tel in H eppner. The caller w as advised to evacu ate the motel. Heppner Fire D ep artm en t and M CSO responded. Morrow County Grain Growers responded and completed repairs on the tank. -M CSO reeeived report that a sign and cones in Heppner were directing drivers to go up a one-way street the wrong way at S.E. Court Street and Cannon. -M CSO received report o f a wallet with a d riv e r’s license and ad ditional cards in it gone from the glove box o f her vehicle. -MCSO deputy re ported he was at the Irrigon Justice Court during juve nile court as the mother of one the juveniles “can get Wednesday, August 5,2009 unhappy at times.” -M CSO received report from a deputy that he was out at an empty lot in Irrigon where a sub ject found a stocking cap. gloves and money bags. -M CSO received rep o rt from a H ep p n er woman that someone was in her garage the previ ous night. The garage was unlocked and caller did not know if anything had been taken. A deputy re sponded and a burglary report taken. -MCSO, Heppner A m bulance received re port of a Heppner subject having diabetic problems. MCSO assisted Heppner Ambulance. -MCSO deputy re ceived report that someone was stuck at the turkey shoots in Irrigon. The dep uty responded. The vehicle was unstuck and three sub jects warned for trespass ing. -M CSO received an animal complaint at the Irrigon High School. A trap w as set up. -MCSO cited Jose Carlos Alcaraz Rivera, 22, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO received report o f someone trying to steal anhydrous ammonia from a tank on Sand Hol low Road, Heppner, again. The caller requested deputy contact. -M CSO received report o f a vehicle fire at T hree M ile Farm s on a circle. Boardman Fire De partm ent responded and MCSO assisted. -M CSO received report of a vehicle that had trespassed on the caller’s property in lone, and her son was following the vehicle. MCSO arrested Debbie Sue Paine, 51, on a Walla Walla S h e riff's O ffice w arrant for A m phetam ine-M anu facture. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $25,000 bail. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n wom an o f a disturbance between a female and her boyfriend. Morrow County units were south at a tres pass in progress; Umatilla Police Department assisted and responded to the call. UPD advised it was a verbal dispute only and parties will be separated for the night. -Boardman Police Department received report o f two males walking be hind the residence o f a man who passed away a week earlier. The caller believed the subjects were trying to get into the residence to burglarize it. -BPD received re port of a suspicious person going door to door selling window cleaner in Board- It’s Fair and Rodeo time at BEO man. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardm an female that a woman had attem pted to hit her. The subject left on foot, walk ing toward her residence. Officers responded and it w as determ in ed th at no crime was committed and the parties advised to avoid each other. -B P D r e c e iv e d report o f som ething sto len from the B oardm an library. -BPD received re port of a broken water pipe outside a residence. -BPD received re port o f an 18-speed bike found in the caller’s flower bed. An officer responded and a report taken for found property. -B o a rd m a n F ire D e p a rtm en t, B o ard m an A m bulance, Irrigon Fire Department received report o f a sawdust bid on fire with sm oke only v isib le and no structures nor vehicles threatened.. MCSO 6-30 rigon that w hile he was making repairs, someone came out and swore at him. A deputy made contact w ith the reporter who said he wanted the m obile home court manager to handle the problem. -M C SO received report that the lights were out at the skate park in Ir rigon and the stop sign was down at Main and North First. -MCSO cited Luis Roman Gutierrez, 33, for Failure to Use Proper Light ing. -M C SO received report from a Heppner sub ject that her son, his girl friend and their child were in a vehicle that broke down between Dale and Ritter. The subjects were en route to Ritter hot springs. -M C SO received report of trespassers were on the rocks at the Irrigon M arina. A deputy m ade contact and the subjects said they were just fishing. They were advised per the park that they do not want anyone down there for any reason. The subjects said they would leave. -Boardman Police Department received report from a subject who said he bought som ething on the internet and sent the money, but never received the product. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardm an subject that he dropped his son off across the street as they are not allowed on the property and he was going to Hermiston. He said two su b je c ts c o n fro n ted his sons, trying to start a fight. -BPD received re port o f telephone harass ment in Boardman. -BPD received re port o f a theft complaint in Boardman. -BPD received re port from a Boardman sub ject that another subject got into an argument with him and then drove away reck lessly and almost rolled his vehicle. -BPD received re port o f a subject who had violated his release. BPD arrested David Shane Mo lina, 30, for v iolating a no contact order. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. -BPD received re port from the Yakima Police Department that they were working a large check forg ery and a Boardman subject may have been a possible victim. A BPD officer made contact with a tenant at the location, but it was not the same person. The manager said the subject had not lived there in four years. -B o a rd m a n F ire Department received report o f a fire. - I r r ig o n A m b u lance received report of a male with a possible heart attack. - I r r ig o n A m b u lance received report that a female stopped off at a deputy’s house to get help for a male subject in dire need o f oxygen. June 30: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re ceived report o f a domestic dispute with the wife say ing she was choked by the husband. She reported that a male subject tried to break up the fight but the husband pulled a knife on him. -M CSO received report from a Boardm an subject that he saw the mail arrive and then saw people approaching the mail box. They sped off when they saw the reporter. -M C S O , Irrig o n Ambulance received report from an Irrigon female that she was assaulted by her brother. She reported she was in the back bedroom and believed he was outside. She reported that she was covered in blood. MCSO and Irrigon Ambulance re sponded and transported the female to Good Shepherd Hospital. Matthew William Pells, 36, was arrested by M CSO for Strangulation and Harassment-domestic violence. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $9,000 bail. -M C SO received report from a Boardm an subject who said his soon- to-be ex-wife calls him at work and wants him to call her, but when he does, his w ife ’s room m ate cusses him out. M CSO advised both parties not to call each Meeka Boyd, Ashley Anderson, and Maggie other. -MCSO cited Da Collins vid Jam es R ice, 18, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt. -M C SO received report o f two stop signs at the intersection of Kunze and Peters Rd. in Boardman have been pulled out. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon wom an that another w om an’s 14-year-old son was calling and threatening her. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub je c t that some neighbors have been shooting guns for months and caller was Emily Holland and Lilly Sandford afraid a stray bullet would hurt someone.
