dling the following busi­

cited Bruce Joseph Hanson,
59, for driving 34 mph in a
20 mph school zone.

Castaneda-Ibarra, 61, for

zone; Failure to Carry Proof
of Insurance and Improper

report of four-five horses
very thin, appearing in bad
shape with no feed in pas­
ture in Irrigon. The horses
were rescued horses and
were being cared for.
-MCSO cited Ste­
phen J. Hopkins, 75, for
driving 82 mph in a 55 mph
zone.
-M CSO received
report o f a m ale subject
who was getting mad at the
district attorney’s staff at
the Morrow County Court­
house.
-M CSO received
report o f a person having
difficulties in Heppner. The
subject was okay and up
and EMS was advised to
stand down.

helmets in Irrigon. A deputy
contacted the juveniles and
their m other and advised
that they cannot ride on
the street if they don’t have
helmets.

iff advised he was out with a
subject at a location picking
up wood. The manager was
contacted and the subject
worked at the location and
is allowed to get wood from
the scrap pile.

report o f w ater shooting
about 50 feet in the air in
Heppner. Public works re­
sponded.
-Boardman Police
D epartm ent officer co n ­
tacted a subject who said he
was getting some sleep and
then would be on his way.
-BPD received re­
quest for officer concerning
telephone harassment.
-BPD received re­
port of a 50-year-old man
sleep in g on a b en ch in
Boardman. The caller said
she bought the subject a
Greyhound bus ticket and
he would be taking the 4
p.m. bus from Stanfield.
The subject walks with a
cane and has a physical boot
on his left foot.
-BPD received re­
port from a female subject
in B oardm an th at there
were broken beer bottles
in the road and she didn’t
want her pickup tires to get
a flat. An officer contacted
both parties and caller was
advised the proper use o f
911 .
-BPD received re­
port from a subject at an
apartment complex that a
man had been trespassed
from the complex. Chris­
topher Dewayne Schneider,
26, was cited for illegal
stopping, standing or park­
ing and failure to secure
motor vehicle. He was also
cited for Open Container re­
garding a DUII traffic stop
that occurred earlier.

port o f a vehicle parked
at an apartment in Board-
man, then left and went by
the caller’s residence at a

gulation, Menacing, Theft
by Extortion, Disorderly

Trespass II. He was lodged

with $32,000 bail. MCSO
arrested Edgar Ariel Juarez,
41, for Disorderly Conduct

Harassment. He was lodged
at UCJ with $20,000 bail.
He was also arrested on a

was set at $5,000.

house that had been burned
and other junk on the prop­
erty.

checked the area and was
unable to locate anyone.

contacted the reporter.

woman that a male subject
keeps calling and texting
her with a restraining or­
der in place. Oregon State
Police arrested Douglas C.
Robertson, 38, on a MCSO
restraining order violation.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $5,000
bail.

report from an Irrigon wom­
an that her Chevy Blazer
was stolen. Her husband
later called her and advised
he had the vehicle and was
in Portland. A restraining
order was in place, but the
vehicle was not stolen as
they are still married.

woman that the bus driver
didn’t let the caller’s daugh­
ter off at her residence, but
instead d ropped her o ff
at a friend’s house, which
is w here she is u su a lly
dropped off. A deputy made
contact and the caller was to
meet with the bus company
supervisor.

report of an audible alarm at
the Heppner grocery store.
It was set off by accident.

Department cited a subject

general fire alarm in Irrigon.

received a report of people
making a lot o f noise in the
Main and Baltimore streets
area in Heppner, intoxicated
and possibly fighting. A
deputy made contact and
advised there was no fight­
ing.

report o f dogs in Lexing­
ton slipping their chains
and running and barking
at night.
-MCSO cited John
F ru to s, 61, for D riving
W hile S u sp en d ed -v io la­
tion. The vehicle was im­
pounded.
-MCSO deputy
made contact with a sub­
jec t in the Fairview/Four
Mile Canyon area o f lone.
The subject advised he was
walking the Oregon Trail
backwards.

report o f a young female
w alking around incoher­
ent and barely responsive,
possibly on drugs, asking
subjects to use their cell
phones. The call was re­
ferred to Hermiston.

a 911 call advising that the
“ factory w arrant on my
vehicle has expired.’’

report from an Irrigon City
w orker who said that a semi
passed in the center lane in
the school zone in Irrigon.
The w orker said he was
sign the citation. M CSO
deputy stopped the vehicle
at Hwy. 730 milepost 178.
The driver was advised he
would receive a citation in
the mail.
-MCSO received a
911 hang-up call. The sub­
ject advised that he dialed
a number and it came up
911. The MCSO also dialed
the number and it did come
up 911.
-M CSO received
report o f a neglected horse
at an Irrigon location with
no food or water seen. A
deputy responded and de­
term ined the report was
unfounded.
-Boardman Police
Department officer picked
up a long-haired Chihuahua
in B oardm an and tra n s­
ported it to Pet Rescue.
-BPD received a
new report o f graffiti.
-BPD served a tem­
porary stalking order on
subjects in Boardman.
-BPD received re­
quest for an officer at the
m arina concerning a re ­
port o f juveniles playing
with airsoft guns and who
pointed one of the guns at
