Driving Uninsured.
-MCSO received
request for contact from a
subject who said a trailer
owner owed him storage
fees. Deputy had previously
told the complainant that he
could not hold the trailer for
ransom. Complainant also
requested contact concern
ing harassment that was
occurring at his father’s
residence.

request to trespass people
from reporter’s residence in
Irrigon. He said they were
harassing him.

report from an Irrigon man
that several subjects were
harassing his 13-year-old
daughter.

report from a Boardman
woman that she was hav
ing trouble with a male
subject. BPD arrested Roy
DeYoung, 29, for Domestic
Violence-Harassment. He
was lodged at Um atilla
County Jail with $3,000
bail. MCSO assisted.

report from an Irrigon man
that a 250-300 pound con
crete gargoyle was stolen
out of his yard.
-Boardman Police
Department cited Maria
Chavez Herrera, 32, was
cited for Driving While
Suspended-violation.
-BPD received re
port from a bus driver of a
rock thrown at a window. A
female juvenile was cited
for Crim inal M ischief I
and two counts of Reckless
Endangering.
-BPD cited Silves-
tre Lemus Barerra, 48, for
No O p erato r’s License,
Driving Uninsured, Failure
to Yield to a Pedestrian in a
crosswalk.

port a subject who had a
stalking order against him
showing up at a store and
not leaving when he was
contacted.
-BPD received re
port of loud music being
played at a residence for
three hours. Danny Edwin
Thom pson, Jr., 38, was
cited for violation of the
county noise ordinance.
April 28: M or
row County Sheriff’s Of
fice deputy was flagged
down by a subject who
reported possible animal
abuse/neglect. The owner
was contacted and said he
purchased the horses at an
auction the previous month
and they were in bad shape
then. The horses had grain,
hay, water and vitamins.

report of a female subject’s
care hit while she was away
in Irrigon. The school vice
principal made contact with
the subject who did not
remain on the scene.

report from a female who
said a pit bull came out of a
yard and cornered her until
someone came to assist in
Irrigon.

Esward Ranking, 18, for
Failure to Carry Proof of
Insurance.
-MCSO arrested a
male subject on probable
cause for Failure to Register
as a Sex Offender. He was
lodged at Umatilla County
Jail.

report from a Boardman
woman that while she was
at her residence with her
tw o-year-old daughter,
someone hit the back win
dow. She reported that she
sneaked out the front door
with her daughter and went
to another location.

hicle. The subject was also
warned for white light to
rear, defective equipment,
right front tire running on
cords and improper display
of plates-no front license
plate. The vehicle was im
pounded.

ing in a No Pass Zone.
-MCSO received
report from the Pendleton
Police D epartm ent o f a
runaway for the past two
weeks and they had infor
mation that the runaway
may be staying at the Irri
gon Mobile Court. Deputy
was unable to locate the
runaway.

report of a car in front of a
Boardman residence with
music really loud. A juve
nile male was cited for No

ing Uninsured, Unlawful

received report of subjects
trespassing on property in

Baxter, 19, was arrested
on a Hermiston warrant for
Contempt of Court/Failure
to Pay Fine with $10,000
bail. He was also trespassed
from the Riverview Mo
tel. Vincent Wesley David
Sommerville, 19, was also
trespassed from the motel.
-BPD arrested a
juvenile male for Theft III.

out of the siphon twice on

subject that her little brother
was threatened with a knife
by a neighbor. Deputies re
sponded, but discovered no
knife, and found that stories
from both subjects changed
when questioned.

that a 61-year-old female
fainted. An ambulance and
deputy responded. The pa
tient refused transport.

of a subject sleeping at the
Post Office in Boardman.
One subject was trespassed

vehicle was impounded.

ness reporting a shoplifter.
BPD arrested David Shane
Molina, 30, for Theft III.
He was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail.

open 911 call. A male ju
venile advised he dialed
the wrong number. Two
deputies responded and
confirmed the ju venile’s
statement.

report of a vehicle that went
o f the cliff at the end of
Patterson Ferry Rd., north
of Hwy. 730. Three people
were involved; one had a
head injury and one had a
minor injury. One subject
was transported to Good
Shepherd Hospital.

of a lot of debris scattered
all over the roadway on
1-84.
-BPD received re
port of a large fight with
unknown weapons. A 19-
year-old was arrested on
Misconduct KK and lodged
at Umatilla County Jail
with $3,000 bail. He was
released to his mother.

lance received report of an
active 80-year-old female
who felt like she was go
ing to faint. She was trans
ported to Pioneer Memorial
Hospital.

a transport to PMH for a
blood sugar issue.

was walking, felt ill and
then collapse. Subject was
non-responsive and her lips
were turning blue. She was
transported to GSH.

May 3: Morrow

received report from an
Irrigon man that he sold a
trailer to a man in Irrigon
and then the man moved the
trailer. The man says the re
porter owed him $500, but
reporter says the man who
bought the trailer never paid
for it in the first place.

report that someone dropped
off a horse in an Irrigon
pasture.

report from Irrigon sub
jects that the neighbors are
threatening to shoot their
dog.

report from Gilliam County
that a male subject had
mooned people in Arlington
and was going east-bound
on 1-84 in a black Protege.
A MCSO deputy and two
Boardman Police Officers
were unable to locate any
one.
-Boardman Police
Department cited Michael
Vince Martinez, 19, for Vi
olation of the Speed Limit,
44 mph in a 30 mph zone.
-BPD received re
port o f a vehicle going
through the yard of a Board-
man residence and hitting a
large tree. The Kennewick
Police were on the scene.
BPD responded.
-BPD cited Elroy
Marvin Johnson, 22, for
Failure to Obey a Traffic
Control Device.
-BPD received re
port of a suspicious person.
The subject took off run
ning from the Boardman
skate park and ran across
the freeway. The subject
was advised not to run
across the interstate and not
to lie to police officers.
-BPD cited a 17-
year-old for No Operator’s
License, Expired Permit
and D riving O utside of
Restrictions.
May 4: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re
ceived report o f a single car
rollover on Hwy.730 with
six people involved and four
severely injured. MCSO,
Boardman Police Depart
ment, Irrigon Ambulance,
Boardman Ambulance, Ir
rigon Fire D epartm ent,
Hermiston Medical, Uma
tilla Ambulance, ODOT,
an O regon State Police
reconstructionist and OSP
trooper responded. Ishmael
Garcia, 32, was arrested for
Possession of Methamphet-
amine. He was transported
to Good Shepherd Hospital
in Hermiston to be checked
for injuries.

talk to a deputy about her
nephew who is not attend
ing school.

County Dispatch that they
had received a 911 call
about a disturbance across
from the Irrigon Skate Park
where two older juveniles
were picking on two young
er juveniles. The call was
lost.

ple involved. MCSO and
