SIX - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Sheriffs Report The Morrow County Sheri fTs Office reports han dling the following busi ness: April 17 cont.: -M CSO received report o f an ex-son-in-law stay ing at an Irrigon residence and an ex-girlfriend keeps show ing up. The caller has told the female not to come to the residence and w ould like her trespassed from the residence. -M CSO received report that Umatilla Coun ty Sheriff’s Office arrested a male subject, on an Irri gon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/ DUII. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $350 bail. -M CSO arrested Kenneth Sheldon Weaver, 34, on a Walla Walla, WA, w arrant for Failure to Com ply with Court Order/Theft Ill-Larceny. He was lodged at U m atilla C ounty Jail with no bail. -M CSO sergeant responded to a report of a $3,800 fake check in the mail in Irrigon. -M C SO arrested Jared Jack, 23, on probable cause charges o f Unlawful Possession o f M arijuana, Delivery o f a Controlled Substance and M anufac turing of a Controlled Sub stance. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $62,500 bail. Kyle Ray mond Sullivan, 18, was arrested for Frequenting a Place Where Controlled Substances are Used. He was lodged at U m atilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. He was also cited for Possession o f Less Than One Ounce o f Marijuana. Sonny James Phipps, 22, Wednesday, July 8,2009 was cited for Possession o f Less Than One Ounce o f Marijuana. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon man that his wife had been act ing strangely since she left the residence and he found a suicide hot-line card on the table. The wife subse quently returned home. -M C S O , Irrigon Ambulance received report that a 17-year-old female cut her w rist w hen she picked up a broken plate in Irrigon. She was trans ported to Good Shepherd Hospital -M CSO received report o f a m otor home stolen. The subject said she had sold the m otor home but the buyer stopped making payments. The call was transferred to Uma tilla County because the “theft” occurred in Uma tilla County. -M C S O c ite d Zachary Jam es M inteer, 25, for V iolation o f the Basic Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO, Heppner Ambulance received report that an elderly woman had fallen in Heppner. The sub ject refused transport. -M CSO received report that the Pendleton Police Department arrested Chase Lee Ammons, 22, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Minor in Possession o f Alcohol. He was lodged at U m atilla County Jail with $184 fine. -Boardman Police arrested M artina Campos Gallardo, 32, for Assault IV -D om estic V iolence- felony and H arassm ent. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $9,000 bail. April 19: Morrow' County S h e riff’s O ffice received a call regarding two unattended babies out on the street in Heppner. The caller said that they had been knocking on the door for a w hile, but no one answered. -MCSO cited Julio Flores, 37, for Insufficient Life Jackets. -M CSO received report from Irrigon resi dents that they had returned home from an overnight trip to Pendleton and found their bedroom window bro ken out. Nothing appeared to be missing. -M CSO received a report o f possible child abuse in Irrigon. -M CSO received report o f a juvenile com plaint in Heppner. -MCSO received a request for a deputy at an Irrigon residence. Ther- ese Kimberely Plisek, 21, was arrested on charges o f Interfering with a 911 Call. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $18,000 bail. -M CSO received report o f a non-injury mo to r vehicle accident on B o m b in g R an g e R oad with a vehicle stuck in the sand. -Boardman Police D epartm ent cited Kevin Ray Cordell, 32, for Viola tion of the Speed Limit, 38 mph in a 25 mph zone. -BPD cited Ber nardo Hernandez, Jr., 42, for VSL, 38 mph/25 mph zone. -B PD cited Ser gio Carmona Moran, 43, for VSL, 52 mph/40 mph zone. -BPD cited Donna Irene Irons, 42, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt/Child. -BPD cited Debo rah Jean B erry, 37, for Theft II. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardman woman that her 16-year- old son had been hit with sticks. A deputy responded and reported it was all kids throw ing sticks. -BPD officer re ported that he was out with a heavily intoxicated el derly woman. The subject refused help. -BPD received re port from a subject that he was having problem s w ith a male subject having parties at Desert Springs Estates. -BPD cited James Sam uel E sterbloom , 81 for VSL, 44 mph/30 mph zone. -BPD cited B ev erly Ann Fakahau, 46, for VSL. -B P D a r r e s te d Moisés Castillo Guerrero, 28, for DUII and cited him for VSL and O pen Container. -Boardman Ambu lance received request for assistance from Arlington EMS for a Boardman fe male who was involved in a motor vehicle accident and sustained injuries from an airbag. -Heppner Fire De partment received report o f a hay stack on fire on Up per Rhea Creek Rd. April 20: Morrow County S h e riff’s O ffice received report that two g rate r tire ch ain s w ere taken from the grater some time over the weekend. -MCSO received report of teenagers ripping up paper, throwing it on the ground in Irrigon and refusing to pick it up. One subject was w arned for littering and he returned to the scene and picked up the papers upon request of the deputy. -M C S O c ite d S h erry Jean B aron, 63 for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 95 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received rep o rt o f a w allet w ith driver’s license and about $80 in cash lost in Trout- dale. Fem ale who found wallet lives in Irrigon and was advised to tum it in. -M CSO received report o f a custody d is pute. A Boardman woman reported that her nephew d id n ’t com e hom e from school. Dispatch advised her that the child’s father had picked him up from school and would be taking him to Missouri. -M CSO received report that Pendleton Po lice Dept, arrested Angela Margaret Wilson, 21, on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Failure to Perform Duties o f a Driver Involved in an Accident. She was lodged at U m atilla C ounty ja il with $1,687 bail. -M CSO received report from a subject in Ir rigon that she had found a baggie with a white powder substance inside. Deputy responded and picked up the substance. -M CSO received report from an lone subject that his girlfriend woke him up and hit him in the chest. MCSO sergeant would be writing up the report and sending it to the DA for ha rassment on both parties. -M CSO received request from a Boardman subject for a deputy con cerning a custody dispute. -B o a rd m a n P o lice Departm ent arrested Adolfo Madrigal Mendoza, 19, for DUII. He was cited and released. He was also cited for MIP. BPD also cited another juvenile for MIP. -BPD cited Lucas Wane Wright, 20, for Driv ing Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardman subject that a male subject has assaulted her. Michele Lindsay Cowan, 29, was arrested for Harassment. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $3,000 bail. -Jose G uadalupe Llam as Topete, 48, was cited for D riving U nin sured. -H eppner A m bu lance received report of an 89-year-old woman with shortness of breath. -lone EMS trans ported a subject to Good Shepherd Hospital for the Heppner Ambulance. April 21: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office cited Peter Lyn Lemons, 53, for speeding, driving 35 mph in a 20 mph zone. -MCSO received re port that census takers were walking around in the Hep pner area taking pictures and not talking to anyone to con firm who they say they are. -MCSO received report of a gray 2007 Ford Explorer stolen. Reporter called back and told MCSO that someone was playing a prank on her and moved the vehicle. -MCSO arrested John Joseph Homer, 61, on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/ DUII. He was also arrested on a Benton County warrant for Violation of Conditional Release.
