There was no transport. -Heppner Ambu lance received request for an ambulance for a 59- year-old male on Highway 207-Echo who fell off a ladder and was not able to move his left leg. The call was transferred to the -Hermiston Police Depart ment for an ambulance. The Lexington EMTs were dispatched. -Heppner Ambu lance received report of a female who had fallen in lone and was having breathing problems. She was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital. April 8: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report from a Heppner woman that she had received calls over the past several days advising her that she owes over #1,000 and they can help her get out of debt, but she didn’t owe anyone. -MCSO, Irrigon Ambulance received report of an 82-year-old male who was cold to the touch and could not be woken up in Irrigon. A mortuary was notified. -MCSO received report of a two-vehicle non-injury accident in Heppner. -MCSO received request from a subject who wanted to speak to a deputy concerning a possible case o f domestic violence in Heppner. -MCSO received report from a 74 year-old Heppner woman who said that her 48-year-old daugh ter was verbally abusive to her and was in her garage. She said she was worried about the situation escalat ing to physical abuse. The daughter was trespassed. -MCSO served an Irrigon Justice Court war rant to Francisco Torres, 26, for Failure to Appear while he was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000 and a hold was placed for Mor row County. -MCSO received a report from a Heppner subject that he had loaned his car to a woman the pre vious day and she hadn’t returned it. It was located in Umatilla. -MCSO received a phone message from an Arizona man who was try ing to contract his brother in Heppner. Her brother was deceased. MCSO ad vised her that his brother’s representative will contact him. -MCSO arrested Marion Taylor, 49, on a Umatilla County detention warrant. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -Boardman Police Department received re port of a burglary alarm at the city of Boardman shop rear door. April 9: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re ceived report of something dead in a field, perhaps a severely decomposed animal. -MCSO received report from Boardman Police Department of a subject who reported that ID was stolen out of his truck at his residence. -MCSO received report of people fishing at the fish hatchery boat ramp in Irrigon. -MCSO arrested Mark Edward Holmquist, 49, for violation of a re straining order. He was released with $5,000 bail. -MCSO, Board- man Police Department received report and re sponded to four to six peo ple fighting with baseball bats and at least one subject wounded in Boardman. BPD arrested Alex Velasco, 18, for Burglary I, Assault III, Harassment, Menac ing, Disorderly Conduct II, Riot, Criminal Mischief II and Criminal Trespass II. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $59,500. -Boardman Police Department cited Steven Glenn Olson, 38, for driv ing 52 mph in a 30 mph zone. -Boardman Am bulance received report of a Boardman subject with chest pain, losing consciousness. The subject was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. April 10: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received request for as sistance for a 66-year-old Irrigon female who had fallen and had swollen legs and ankles. -MCSO received report of animals not prop erly taken care of in Hep pner. A deputy responded and determined that the dogs were well cared for. -MCSO received report of a baby coyote in the median on 1-84 west bound. Reporter wanted Fish and Wildlife to re spond. -MCSO received report that the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Jeffery Nelson, 43, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Giv- ing False Information to a Police Officer. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $4,000 bail. -Boardman Police Department arrested Cam- erin Lee Chavallo, 25, on an Idaho Police De partment warrant for Sex Abuse of a Minor. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail for $250,000 bail. -BPD received re port from a young female who got in a fight with her sister and wanted to kill herself. Mental health requested an officer to respond. -BPD a rre ste d Elizabeth Irena Phipps, 46, for Theft I. April 12: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report from an Irrigon woman who said that her husband had been getting phone calls from a woman saying, “Help me, help me.” MCSO traced the number to a motel and determined that it was an intoxicated female in volved in a verbal domestic dispute calling random numbers. Hermiston Police Department was on the scene. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject who said he was hav ing a dispute with his step father about him not doing the dishes. According to the reporter, the stepfather grabbed the phone out of his hand, which was by his face and subsequent ly scratched his face and pushed him into the wall. -MCSO received report from a subject on Highway 74-Lena that a vehicle had rolled near her house and took out her mail box: MCSO advised it was a civil matter, but subject wanted information about how to get her mailbox replaced. -MCSO received report that a large group of people at a party in Irrigon vandalized the restrooms.
