A MCSO deputy picked up some fuel and responded to Tower Rd. to assist. -Boardman Police Department arrested Rey Pimentel Rodriguez, 24, on charges off DUII with a bac o f . 15, Failure to Carry and Present, Criminal Mischief I and Resisting Arrest. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $21,000 bail. -BPD received re port from a subject that someone had attempted to break into his apartment. -BPD received re port from a subject that the neighbor boy is riding his bike all over the roads and has had some close calls of being run over. -BPD cited Sandra Cornelio-Virelas, 22, for No O perator’s License. The vehicle was towed. -BPD cited Juan Carlos Martinez, 23, for Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was towed. -Irrig o n A m bu lance received report of an 86-year-old woman who had fallen the previous day and hit her head. She said she went to the doctor the previous day, but believed there was too much swell ing. April 6: The Mor row County Sheriff’s Of fice received report that bikes under the bridge in Heppner are believed to be stolen. -MCSO received report of a juvenile in Hep pner making threatening phone calls. -MCSO received report o f three goats out running around in the neighborhood in Irrigon. -MCSO received request from a Heppner principal for a deputy to re spond at a residence w here a student is located and won’t answer the door. -MLCSO received report o f a Heppner resi dence with lots of garbage around the residence and yard. -MCSO received request for assistance from H erm iston regarding a report from a female who said her father was threat ening to shoot himself. -MCSO cited Da vid Chester Prall, 57, for driving 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received request for backup from Boardman Police Depart ment officers who were at an Irrigon residence for a cold domestic call. Fer nando Caldera Flores, 32, was arrested for Assault IV-Domestic Violence. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. -MCSO received report of people dumping vehicles on U.S. Army property in Irrigon. -MCSO cited Trenton Lee Floyd, 30, for No Operator’s License and Violation of the Speed Limit, 31 mph in a 20 mph zone. -MCSO received report from Oregon State Police that they arrested Jorge Magdaleno, 36, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Driving While Sus pended. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail on a Umatilla County warrant with $6,000 bail. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that someone is threatening her. -MCSO received report of a pit bull covered with ticks at the wildlife refuge in Irrigon. The dog was taken to pet rescue. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that her niece was being beaten up by her boyfriend and the niece’s six-month old child was present. -MCSO received request for assistance from Umatilla to make contract of owner of a vehicle that was possibly used in a shooting. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $10,000 bail. -MCSO received report of a female border collie with six puppies, around a week old, showing up at an Irrigon residence. A deputy transported the dogs to Pet Rescue. -MCSO received report of a credit card theft at Circle K in Irrigon. -MCSO received report of an elderly male neighbor who was verbally abusive tow ard kids in Boardman. It turned out to be a misunderstanding. There was no deputy in position. The call was transferred to Oregon State Police. -MCSO received report from a woman in Irrigon who said her grand father was threatened. It turned out not to be a threat; a woman was harassing her grandfather, trying to get money out of him. -MCSO received report that a baby owl fell out of its nest in Irrigon. Caller was given the phone number for the Blue Moun tain Wildlife Rescue. -MCSO received report that a female had fallen in lone. -MCSO received report that a female in a wheelchair with a dog was in the middle of the road and almost caused an acci dent. A deputy was unable to locate anyone. -MCSO received report from a subject who said that her purse was sto len out of her vehicle at Ir rigon Elementary.
