Sheriff's Report The M orrow County S heriff’s Office reports handling the fol lowing business: -Continued from Page SIX at Marion County Jail with no bail. -MCSO received report o f windows on a vehicle in Irrigon shot out with a bb gun. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man that someone was using his debit card number in The Dalles and had taken over $800 out of his account. -MCSO arrested Dalton Dale Booker, 19, on a Umatilla County Circuit Court warrant for Robbery II, Assault II and Theft II. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $50,000 bail. -B oard m an P o lice Department arrested Christopher Dewayne Sch neider, 26, on probable cause charges of Restrain ing Order Violation. He was lodged at UCJ with no bail. -BPD cited F er nando Reyes Flores, 25, for No Operator’s License, Driving Uninsured. -Boardman Ambu lance received report from a 100-year-old woman that when she got up, something popped in her hip and she can’t put weight on her leg. She was transported. March 14: The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dave How ard Erickson, 30, for DUII, with a bac of .14, and No O perator’s License. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received report of two heavily in toxicated males who got into a red pickup on Main Street in Heppner. One was warned for urinating in pub lic and both were given a courtesy ride to the Willow Creek Campground. -M CSO arrested Andrew Robert Karlen, 48, for DUII with a bac of .10 and cited for Violation of the Basic Rule, driving 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. The vehicle was impounded. -M CSO arrested Travalia Ann Titcomb, 55, for violation of no contact domestic violence order. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -MCSO, Boardman Fire Department, Boardman Ambulance, OSP received report of a motor vehicle accident on 1-84 with the front end smashed in.. No one was in the area. -MCSO cited Leon ardo Guzman Miramontes, 33, for driving 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO arrested Donita Elaine Counsell, 33, for Unlawful Possession of M ethamphetamines. She was lodged at UCJ with $7,500 bail. -MCSO received report of a cow with an in jured leg. Owner advised he had planned to put the cow down for a couple days. -MCSO received report of a marijuana pipe found at a residence in Ir rigon, but when reporter came back it was gone. MCSO responded. -MCSO received report o f subjects in their early 20s jumping out of a car and taking an Irish flag on Main St. in Heppner. -MCSO cited Christopher Paul Mehl, 23, for VSL, driving 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO cited Tara Renee O zm ent, 25, for driving 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received report o f a 51-year-old male in Heppner who had fallen and broke ribs and his shoulder. MCSO and Heppner Ambulance re sponded. -MCSO received report of a subject in Irrigon who found a baggie of pos sible methamphetamine in front of a cash register. -MCSO received report o f someone who had broken the window of a camper at an Irrigon residence. The reporter said that she has a gun. MCSO advised her to take the four children who were in the camper into the house to safety and put the gun away. MCSO responded. -Boardman Police Department received report from an Irrigon woman of $150 cash missing from her purse. -BPD received re port o f 15-20 minors in side a Boardman residence drinking alcohol, a lot of alcohol in the residence and people smoking marijuana. BPD and MCSO responded but found no minors and no marijuana. Subjects were advised to turn the music down. -M CSO, Irrigon Ambulance received report from an Irrigon man that his care provider was out of town and he couldn’t get into the kitchen to eat and couldn’t get his medica tions out of the bathroom. He said he had called all his friends and no one could help him. -Heppner Ambu lance reported that they were transporting a patient from Pioneer M emorial Hospital to the Lexington airport. March 15: MCSO a rre ste d C liffo rd Joel Dougherty, 45, for DUII. He was cited and released. -MCSO received report from Umatilla Coun ty Sheriff’s Office that two males stole 12 glass bottles o f beer from an Irrigon store. -MCSO arrested Raymond Douglas Sinclair, 35, for DUII with a bac of .12. He was cited and released and the vehicle impounded. -MCSO received report from a Boardman woman that her husband pushed her and wanted her out of the residence. The woman said he wanted a divorce and refuses to sign the immigration paper. -MCSO received report of a huge explosion that shook the house in the Boardman area -M CSO, Irrigon Ambulance received report of a four-wheeler accident with the four-wheeler land ing on top of a child. Re porter said the four-wheeler was on its top and she could see a foot underneath that twitched every now and then. -MCSO received report from a subject who had not seen his brother in a week and was concerned. -MCSO received report of a 12-year-old in Irrigon who was harassed by another 12-year-old and insulted by her mother. -MCSO received report of someone trying to break into a residence in Irrigon. Issues were re solved. -MCSO cited James Alan Neiman, 45, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject who said he was get ting a text message from his ex-girlfriend that she was being beaten by her new boyfriend. He was also concerned about his two daughters w ith his ex. MCSO responded and ev erything was okay. -MCSO received report of around 12 sheets of metal roofing blowing all over the highway due to the wind in lone. -MCSO received report from a subject that his ex-girlfriend was sup posed to get her couch from the residence, but when he checked, everything was taken. -MCSO cited Ar- tem Sergeyevich Babiy, 21, for VBR. -Boardman Police Department cited Viviana Euyenith Colin-torres, for Failure to Stop for A Pedes trian in a Cross Walk -BPD cited Patrick M. Bridge, 22, for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. -BPD cited Rafael Calvillo Mendoza, 30, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt. -BPD ar rested Casey Luna Lopez, 18, on a Morrow County Circuit C ourt w arrant for F ail ure to Appear-Burglary I and Theft III. Subject was lodged at UCJ with $50,000 bail. -BPD cited a 16- year-old juvenile for VSL, 91 mph in a 65 mph zone. -BPD arrested Wil liam Velazquez Ruelas, 18, for Theft II and two counts of Theft III. He was lodged at UCJ with $9,000 bail. -Irrigon Ambulance received report of an elderly male struggling to breathe. EMS responded, but patient refused transport. -Irrigon Ambulance received report of a subject who was outside for a long period of time without a shirt, had taken medications and was lethargic. Reporter was unable to understand what he was saying. March 17: Mor row County Sheriff’s Office received report from and Irrigon man that several subjects jumped over his fence and ran through his yard. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that she was hav ing difficulty getting her son to come home at night. Deputy advised her of her options. -MCSO received report that a deputy was as sisting at the lone Elemen tary School. -MCSO received report from a Heppner man that a subject keeps calling his house after he had asked him not to. He requested deputy contact and said that if subject did not stop, he would press charges. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon wom an that a man was contact ing her juvenile daughter from jail. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that his mother has his coat that he left at her residence and won’t give it back. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that her brother tore apart her room and when she confronted him, he became physical. A deputy made contact. -MCSO received report of two Mustangs all over the road on Willow Creek Rd. in Heppner. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man that his ex-wife was at the residence trying to take the kids away. He said she had some papers, but was not letting her in the house. -MCSO received report that Morrow County Circuit Court has issued a stalking order against ft Heppner subject. -MCSO received f report o f people fighting physically and then ver bally. The parties were separated. - B o a r d ma n P o lice Department arrested Alex Luis Ahumada, 23, for Manufacturing Meth amphetamines, Delivering Meth, Possession of Meth and 10 counts of Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance. He was also ar rested for a parole violation. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $107,500 bail. -BPD cited S al vador Velencia, 19, for No O p e ra to r’s License and No Insurance. He was also warned for improper display. The vehicle was towed. -BPD cited Gorge Tiapanco Gonzalez, 45, for O perator’s License. The vehicle was towed. March 18: Mor row County Sheriff’s Of fice cited a male subject for Violation of the Speed Limit, 31 mph in a 20 mph zone. -MCSO received report that Gilliam County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Anthony Llamas, 32, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended. He was cited and released. -MCSO received report that a male subject, turned himself in on several warrants out o f Morrow County-Failure to Appear/ Attempt to Elude, Failure to Pay Fine, Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Sus pended. -MCSO received report of someone shoot ing at subjects in their boat in the water from the bank of the Columbia River near Patterson Ferry. MCSO responded. -MCSO received report of wire from two pivots stolen on Pole Line Road in Boardman. -MCSO received report o f a subject in a vehicle driving really slow and yelling obscenities at a person on a horse in Ir rigon. -MCSO received report of a man herding cows with a pickup. The man advised that his cows had gotten out and he was trying to get them back on his property. -MCSO received report of a coyote hit, but still alive on the road near Cutsforth Comers in Lex ington. -Boardman Police Department arrested David Russell Robert Foster, 39, for Driving While Suspend ed-misdemeanor. -BPD arrested Mi chael Alan Nieth, 19, for Parole Violation/Fumishing Alcohol. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $5,000 bail. March 19: Mor row County Sheriff’s Office cited Misty Bellamy, 33, for Failure to Stop and re main stopped on Pedestrian Crosswalk. -MCSO cited Rem- berto Arana Zuniga, for No Operator’s License. -MCSO received report that Robert James Amos, 39, was arrested for Robbery II, Criminal Con spiracy, Assault IV, Theft II, Criminal Trespass II. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received rep o rt that Cl ackamas County Sheriff’s Office ar rested Jerry William Garcia, 31, on local charges and an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Appear of Possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was lodged at Clackamas County Jail with $6,000 bail. -MCSO received report of a burglary in Ir rigon with a camera, DVD player and a horse stolen. -MCSO arrested a male subject on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for failure to complete behav ioral classes. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received report that workers at Pio neer M emorial Hospital in Heppner have received obscene phone calls. -MCSO received report of a vehicle on High way 730 with numerous males inside who all lifted beer cans and took a swig. -MCSO received report o f a bike stolen in Irrigon. -Boardman Police Department received report of a subject in a parking lot in Boardman with a gun. -BPD received report from a Boardman woman that she asked her husband to leave and he started breaking things. It was verbal only and the male agreed to leave for the night. -BPD received re port of three subjects wear ing hoodies hiding behind some bushes at a Boardman residence. -Irrigon Fire De partment, Irrigon Ambu lance received report of an ammonia smell at the Irri gon Elementary School. -Boardman Am bulance received report of a subject who had some thing stuck in her throat. She coughed it up and did not want the ambulance to respond. -B oardm an Am bulance received report of a 66-year-old man with COPD on oxygen having trouble breathing. He was transported to Good Shep herd Hospital. March 20: The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report of a stereo stolen out of a ve hicle in Irrigon the previous night. -MCSO received report o f a door kicked in and items stolen at a resi dence on Piper Canyon Rd. in Lexington. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that she received a $3,900 check in the mail. She said she researched it and advised FBI and Iowa State Police. MCSO responded. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that her daughter said that kids were pick ing on her and telling her that she was not allowed at the skate park. The parties were advised to stop the behavior and told that they would be trespassed if they continued. -MCSO received report from a Boardman woman that her husband gave her permission to get her stuff out of the house and then changed his mind. There was no restraining order in place and MCSO advised it was a civil mat ter. -M CSO , Irrigon Ambulance received re port of a two-year-old in Irrigon choking on a piece of candy. The object was dislodged. - M C S O de p u t y advised that he attempted to stop a motorcycle for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device, but the mo torcycle didn’t stop. MCSO followed the subject in the com fields, but was unable to locate anyone. -MCSO received numerous 911 hang-up calls. -Boardman Police Department cited Nora Lea Elsasser, 43, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 53 mph in a 30 mph zone. - BP D r e c e i v e d report o f an SUV at the Boardman Post Office with a four-year-old running around looking for his mom and a baby in the vehicle.
