Vassey, 26, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that a full-grown pig was in their yard. Deputy located owner. -MCSO cited Lana M. Merrifield. 64. for driv ing 53 mph in a 35 mph zone and No O p e ra to r’s License. The vehicle was impounded. -M CSO received re p o rt o f som eone at a neighbor’s residence in Ir rigon and they were gone on vacation. It turned out to be the owner's daughter. -M CSO received report of kids hooting some thing behind St. Patrick Se nior Center in Heppner. A deputy made contact with the juv enile. -Boardman Police D epartm ent cited Stacey Lynn C hristm an. 40, for driving 40 mph in a 25 mph I zone. -BPD cited Rolan do Ibarra, 34, for driving 43 mph in a 30 mph zone. Driving While Suspended and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -lone Em ergency Services received report from an Irrigon subject that his wife passed out. She was feeling better, but he could not get her up. M a rc h 25: T he Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report that the Elder St. Bridge in Hep pner was to be closed for five days. -M C SO received report o f a 60-year-old fe male in Heppner who had collapsed and was uncon scious. She was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital. -M C SO received report that the Hermiston Police Dept, had arrested Kiley Gwyn Post, 30, on a circuit court warrant for F a ilu re to A p p e a r/P o s- session o f a C o n tro lled Substance, Possession o f Methamphetamine and En dangering the Welfare of a Minor. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO received report that Umatilla County t arrested Diane Sue Oshane, 42, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Posses- sion o f Methamphetamine. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $20.000 bail. -M C SO received report from a Lexington man that his house had been burglarized. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon man that tw o male subjects were trying to sell drugs in his n e ig h b o rh o o d . M anuel Flores, III, 20, was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. -M C SO received request for assistance for a suicidal subject with mili tary experience. -M C S O , B o ard - man Police Department re ceived report from a woman who said her husband was messing with her shirt and breaking stuff. -Boardman Police Department cited Katie Jan Everham, 25, for No Opera to r’s License and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was towed. -Irrigon Fire D e partm ent, Irrigon A m bu lance received report o f an oven smoking at an Irrigon residence. - I r r ig o n A m b u lance received report from a subject in Irrigon that her 68-year-old grandm other had fallen in the bathroom. She w as tra n s p o rte d to Good Shepherd Hospital. M a rc h 26: The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report from an Irrigon man that all four of his tires were flat and he believed someone slashed them. -MCSO cited Lore- na Llamas Aguila, 29, for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device. -MCSO cited Dan iel Parra Hernandez, 19, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 70 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO received report from a Boardm an man that a tarp was cut and several 100-lb bales o f hay were stolen. -M C SO received report that a house in Hep pner was broken into. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that a guitar was sto len. -M C SO a rre ste d Jeremy Keith Roberts, 28, on H erm iston M unicipal Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/DUII/Defective Equipment. He was cited and released. -M C S O d e p u ty ad v ise d th a t he w as en route to detain a juvenile on probable cause charges. The juvenile was lodged at Norcor. -M C SO received report o f telephone harass ment. -M C SO received report o f two male subjects intoxicated and arguing in Heppner. -Boardman Police Department cited Christo pher Dewayne Schneider, 26, was cited for Improper Positioning/Parallel Park ing and warned for illegal U-turn. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardm an woman who said she was calling on behalf of a friend whose husband was off his meds and has been causing problems. A mental health worker suggested she call 911. -BPD received re port from a subject who said his son’s ex-girlfriend and a relative of hers were at the residence trying to take property that his son bought. The argument was verbal only and subjects were separated. M a rc h 27: T he Morrow County Sheriff’s O ffic e w a rn e d s e v e ra l young adults and juveniles for being at the reservoir park after dark. -M C SO received report o f a young female lab that had ju st killed a bunch o f chickens on Bun ker Hill Lane in Heppner. The dog was transported to Pet Rescue. -M C SO received report o f a disabled vehicle on 1-84. The vehicle had a blown tire, a dead battery and was out o f gas. The subject said help was on the way. I
