accident on Hwy. 730.
The vehicle hit the guard
rail, but three females in­
side reported no injuries.
The vehicle was blocking
the east-bound lane and
was not drivable due to
damage.

where horses were kept in
Irrigon. The under-sheriff
responded but was unable
to locate anyone, how­
ever he did see a vehicle
that took off at a high rate
of speed headed toward

man that his wife gave out
her credit card number to
someone calling concern­
ing W ashington, D.C.,
economic relief. He was
concerned about a scam.
He was advised to call the
credit card company and
cancel the card and be on
alert for any activity on
the card.

Malheur County warrants
for two counts of Failure
to Appear/Failure to Ap­
pear and two counts of
Failure to Appear/Forg-
ery. He was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
$5,000 bail.

Suspended-violation.

report from an Irrigon
man that his 11 -year-old
daughter was receiving
inappropriate calls and
messages. MCSO made
contact with the suspect
and left a message to stop
calling her phone or let
the sheriff's department
know if they had called
her number by mistake.

request for contact from
a Heppner woman who
said someone had been
slandering her name on
Craig’s List and she be­
lieved she knew who it
was.

Ambulance received re­
port of an 11 -year-old in
Irrigon who was playing
basketball and was having
a hard time breathing. She
was transported to Good
Shepherd Hospital.

report of loud music at a
residence on Aiken St. in
Heppner. OSP responded.
People at the residence
had turned the music
down and said they would
keep it down.

from a subject who was
concerned about a child.

County Sheriff’s Office
cited Rhonda Lee Kent,
35, for No Operator’s Li­
cense and Failure to Carry
Proof of Insurance.
-MCSO received
report from an Irrigon
man who said his neigh­
bor complains about his
truck running. Deputy
made contact and told her
there were no noise ordi­
nances that prevent the
neighbor from starting his
truck and she was to stop
calling him. Deputy also
advised the man to call
the sheriff’s office if she
continued to call him.

report of a large black
cow in a field with no
fence on Eighth and Kan­
garoo Court in Irrigon.

cited and released.

report that the 911 sys­
tem in the elevator at the
Heppner Senior Center
and some kids had been
seen spraying soda on
the tiles.

Hixson, 42, was arrested
by Hermiston Police on
an Irrigon Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Pay
Fine/Theft II. She was
to be lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $1925
bail.

Conduct. He was lodged
at Umatilla County Jail
with $18,000 bail.

a 65-year old male com­
plaining of severe abdom­
inal and back pain with
vomiting. He was trans­
ported to Good Shepherd
Hospital.

bulance received report
from a subject that she
believed her 65-year-old
was possibly deceased
in his room. She checked
on him and believed he
was dead.

30, on a Powell County

Drugs. She was lodged at

of a male in a vehicle who
seemed to be disoriented.
He had a history of epi­
lepsy, but no emergency
response was required.

a knife in his backpack.
An officer advised that

from the store.
Feb, 26: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office
received report of a single
gunshot west of the saw­
mill near Boardman. A
deputy was unable to
locate anyone or any tire
tracks.

report of heavy snowfall
in Morrow County from
Heppner to lone.
-MCSO received
report of a single vehicle
non-injury rollover in­
volving a red Ford Ranger
pickup. The driver was
given a courtesy ride to
court and the d riv er's
father was to tow away
the trailer.

a while house in Heppner
with smoke coming out of
the furnace.

asked if his daughter had

vised no females had been

that day.

on six counts of Forgery I
and six counts of identity
theft. She was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with
$90,000 bail.

report from an Irrigon
woman that she dropped
off her husband, 59, who
has short-term memory
loss, at the wildlife ref­
uge. He was supposed to
be back at a certain time,
but had not returned. He
later returned home.
-MCSO received
report of an intoxicated
subject walking on Main
St. in Boardman at the
1-84 bridge. A deputy
advised him to stay off
the road.

from a Boardman subject
that her brother had sent
her threatening Myspace
messages. No crime had
been committed.

31, for VBR, 52 mph in a
35 mph zone.

sued the subject a citation
for Possession of a Con­
trolled Subject-marijuana.
The subject was released
on his own recognizance.
A juvenile male was also
cited for Less than One
Oz. of Marijuana.

for a 62-year-old female
who was dizzy and unable
to stand. She was trans­
ported to Good Shepherd
Hospital.
Feb. 28: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office
cited Benjamin Wayne
Mills, 20, for Violation of
the Speed Limit, 75 mph
in a 65 mph zone, and
Driving While Suspend­
ed-violation.
-MCSO received
report of verbal dispute
at an Irrigon residence.
According to reports, the
female took a phone out
of her purse to make a call
and the male ripped it out
of her hands.
-MCSO received
report of juveniles throw­
ing rocks at the old city
hall building in Irrigon.
A deputy was unable to
locate any juveniles and
did not see any damage
done.
-MCSO arrested
Christian Velasco, 33, on
a Hermiston Police Dept,
w arrant for Failure to
Appear/Harassment. He
was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail with $10,000
bail.
-MCSO received
report of at least 25 gal­
lons of fuel taken from
three of the subject’s ve­
hicles over the last few
days in Lexington.

miles from Ukiah and
32 miles from Heppner.
They had an eight and a
five-year old and a 24-
year-old female. MCSO
found all of the missing
individuals and trans­
ported them to Irrigon.

that he was being kicked
out of his residence and
wanted a stand-by to re­
trieve his belongings.

teenagers smoking pot
inside a maroon broken-
down van in Irrigon.

were fresh cigarette butts
near the garage and the
swing in the back had
been pushed over. The
reporter said a subject
had been arrested there
before and the reporter
was concerned that he
was back.
-Heppner Ambu­
lance received report of a
male in Heppner who had
influenza and cancer that
had spread to his lungs.
March 2:-MCSO
received a report from a
male subject who stated
that he had been in a roll
over accident. The man
stated that he believed
his back was broken and
his shoulder injured. The
subject admitted to have
been drinking. MCSO,
Heppner Fire, Heppner
A m bulance, and OSP
responded.
-MCSO assisted
Umatilla PD with traffic
control for a trailer fire.
-MCSO received
an EMS call for a 58 year
old male who was having
difficulty breathing and
had been vomiting. The
patient was transported
to Good Shepherd Hos­
pital.
-MCSO received
a theft complaint from a
male subject who stat­
ed that he had given his
friend his house keys,
wallet and $300 to pay
insurance when he went
to jail in February. The
subject stated that his
friend took the money
and did not pay the insur­
ance and now the money
is gone.
-MCSO received
a call that stated that the
caller had received a call
from one of her bus driv­
ers who stated that two
people were standing out­
side of their house and that
there was smoke coming
out of the house. Irrigon
Fire, Irrigon Ambulance,
MCSO, and Boardman
Fire all responded.
