Friends of the Heppner Library
to hold annual book sale
The Friends o f the Heppner Library will be holding
their annual book sale St. Patrick’s weekend. The sale will
be held at Heppner City Hall on Friday, March 13, from 9
a.m. to 3 p.m. and continue on Saturday, March 14, from
9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
At this time, we are still accepting donations of
gently used books for this sale. They may be dropped off
at the library, or Kuhn - Spicer Law Offices no later than
March 10.
Also, anyone who would be willing to help set up
on Thursday after 5 p.m. or to work at the sale for a two-
hour interval Friday or Saturday can contact Sally Walker
at 676-9112.
The money raised is used to provide equipment,
books and activities for the children and adult patrons o f the
Heppner Library that are not part o f the limited budget.
