This Supplemental budget will be considered by the City
Council at its February meeting (02/09/09). It does three
things: 1) It allows the City to reimburse Ferguson engineers
for work on the Court street project; 2) It allows the City to
pay ODOT the $10,000 dollars that it promised to ODOT
three years ago towards the project, and 3) it creates a place
for future revenues and expenditures that may occur as a part
of this project. If you have further questions please feel free
to call the City Manager.
