Nearly $500,000 in
county tippage money was
divided up among govern
ment, volunteer and other
organizations in Morrow
County last week.
An appointed group
of citizens from throughout
the county sifted through 79
requests for over $2 million,
to come up with 40 differ
ent monetary awards from
throughout the county to
award a total of $499,952.
The awards ranged from the
high of $50,000 to the City
of lone for street repairs to
a low of $683 to the Hepp-
