Subject was transported to Good Shepard Hospital. June 15: -MCSO received a report from a caller in Heppner that two o f the boys that had been trespassed are on her prop erty. Caller advised that one o f the boys had not been trespassed by law enforce ment. -MCSO received a report that ice cream cou pons had been given to children playing in the water that had their life jackets on. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that $ 1,000 worth o f metal, including cable and radia tors had been stolen. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner that their neighbors have a fawn in a cage in their back yard. -BPD received a re port from a caller that two neighbor boys had come to her residence to report that their m other’s intoxicated boyfriend shoved him into the wall. -BPD received a re port from a caller that there was a truck with hay in the back that was on fire. June 16: -MCSO re ceived a report form a caller in Irrigon that ju v e n ile s were skating at the skate park after it had closed. -BPD received a re port from a caller that a busi ness was putting out a large am ount o f black sm oke. It was determined that the business was just starting up and that it was normal. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irri gon that a rental house had been broken into. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irri gon that she wrote a check to a door to door magazine salesman and had not yet re ceived anything. When she did some investigating on the internet she found that the company was a fraud. -H e p p n e r A m b u lance received a report o f a motor cycle accident. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner that the tennis and bas ketball nest had been ripped and names were written in chalk on the court as well as garbage left in the area. -Irrigon Ambulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon that her 34 year old boyfriend was suf fering from heat stroke and in extreme pain. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irri gon that his wife was drink ing too much and he wanted the police to respond. -BPD cited Andrew Ranton Barentine, 25, for violation o f the speed limit o f 44 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. -BPD received a re port from a caller that she had received a rotten sand wich from a restaurant and would like officer contact. -BPD was flagged down by a citizen report ing that a subject was ether passed out or deceased. Subject was determined to be intoxicated but was ok. -Irrigon Ambulance received a report o f am 83 year old female subject pos sibly having a seizure. June 17: -M C SO cited Larry Steven Brown, 50, for violation o f the speed limit, 70 mph in a 55 mph speed zone. Subject is to appear in Irrigon Justice Court. -MCSO arrested Ni- colle Marie Apperson, 36, on PC charges o f driving w hile license suspended. Subject is to be lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -BPD issued a cita tion to Michael Palomino, 22, for violation o f the basic rule, 79 mph in a 55 mph speed zone. -M C S O a rre s te d Aaron Forrest Ham, 28, for driving while suspended. June 18: -M CSO issued a citation to Kenneth Perry Thorp, 58, for driving without required lighting, no operator’s license, no insur ance and was also issued a DUII. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hepp ner that two dogs had rushed and snarled at her at one point one tried to bite her. -BPD issued a cita tion to Shane Allen Webster, 40, for violation o f the basic rule, 82 mph in a 55 mph speed zone, no operator’s license, and failure to carry proof o f insurance. -BPD issued a cita tion to Nicole Diana Klu- penger, 42, for violation of the basic rule o f 77 mph in a 55 mph speed zone. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that there was a deceased calf in the water. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that he received a call from someone that was threaten ing to shoot him because of the person he works for. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon that he had some stuff stolen and that he had kicked some kids off of his property and that they were calling and wanting to come get the rest o f their stuff. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon that her daughter was harassed by two female ju venile subjects.
