Community fair booths showcase Morrow County’s best
People can choose
to live anywhere, but they
often select a long-term
residence with preferred lo
cation, topography, weather
and am biance, not solely
on job availability. Once a
long-term com m itm ent is
made, people often spend
years v o lu n teerin g th eir

ning commissions to help
enhance the area where they
live, work and play.
It’s that community
pride that is the heart o f our

it’s a sole exhibit from a

and should find an area in
which to participate.
One important fair
feature that draw s atten

fair visitors is the colorful

building. Each booth tells
a story about the strength,
purpose and participation
of an organization, church,
youth group or other entity.
That display can be a pow

residents with like interests

The Morrow County
Fair is going smoke free this
year. The Morrow County
Fair Board made the deci
sion to go smoke free to
prevent any future problems
that might arise from smok
ing around food, animals
or hay.
The only area that
will be designated for smok
ing is the parking lot. The
Rodeo will not be smoke
free event.
